Not very good this casino. I played Legacy of Dead and got all symbols in the free spins, 23000 coins on 0.5 euro bet. My best win ever on this slot. So I contact support and she tells me "We do not limit withdrawals from winnings from bonuses or free spins which were credited to your deposit"

So I ask her again to be sure, "So if I wager this I can cash out anything thats left after wagering?"
She answers "That is correct :)"

Then I wager the bonus 45x and as soon that is done (a loong time), 602 euro vanishes from my account, giving me 354 euro left of my nice win on Legacy of Dead 😡 I feel robbed. Then I go in chat again and after a long wait where she says she have to check (Not the same person that told me the previous) she tells me that the max cash out with a bonus is 10x. This is amateur style and I recommend you to NOT play here. Its 2024, there is no need for players to tolerate this behaviour and these lies and fake license.


Claim to have "withdrawals as fast as your internet" but its false. 24 hour wait even when verified. Not up to 2024 standard.

I edit my review after playing more here. They are very ugly and sent me a email from "VIP-support" and tricked me into cancelling my 200 euro withdrawal that been sitting for 2 days. Used the welcome bonuses. Won a few thousand dollars. Got down to around 2000aud and bought a feature. After the feature completed my balance was $980. Contacted support and she said 'you have exceeded your bonus bets' with no other explanation. They literally took back the winnings. I will not deposit another cent into this casino. Great casino. Good RTP. Decent bonuses. I won over $200 AUD on a single hit with a very low bet of $0.40 (40 cents AUD), and this happened a couple of times on different games, and I ended up cashing out over $500 from a $45 deposit. I'm not a high roller so I'm pretty happy with that outcome. The game library is huge. One of my favourite game provider is Play n Go, but they are not usually available for Australian players at most casinos so it's great that Winshark has this provider. Nice website design and layout, sufficient deposit and withdrawal methods including withdrawal via EzeeWallet which also is not available at most other casinos for Australians. I would have given them full points but the only negative for me was the withdrawal time took a little longer than some other casinos, it wasn't within 24 hours and they only process withdrawals Monday to Friday which is a little annoying for me because I usually play on Fridays or the weekend which means I won't get the funds for at least 3 to 4 days. Having said that, it wasn't an unreasonably long wait and the verification was completed fairly quickly without any hassle.
