Então, eles admitem abertamente que abrir uma segunda conta após um banimento viola seus próprios termos e condições – e ainda assim era possível. Segundo o WinSpirit, isso foi um erro do cassino. Mesmo assim, o cassino se recusa a reembolsar os fundos que perdi na segunda conta (aproximadamente € 200).

I wouldnt use a site that benefits from sick people. I was asked to send personal medical records that showed my diagnoses for nothing. I have only asked to send those when casino was going to refund deposits. If casino seems someone has diagnosed as addict it would be only fair to refund. If we know about addiction, we know that it causes you to send all your money even when you dont really want to.
