i had an old account that was permanently closed. I spoke with the chat to unlock it. They told me that i should make a new one. Since i opened the new account, the other one was permanently blocked, never been used. I never had two accounts opened at the same time. They verified the new account. They also made me a vip member. I made several deposits. When i made i withdraw request they blocked my account without a notice.
If there was a problem with this account why did they verified my account? Why you accepted my deposits? They took my money and they don't give me my winnings?? I had 1500 euro in my balance.
It is not my fault for this. I never used two accounts at the same time. The one account was permanently closed.
