Hello! I registered yesterday and played with the welcome bonus. First of all, the casino is nice: Many games, no lags and most of the games you can play with bonus. BUT: I lost the first bonus (didn´t win anything), so i played the freespins i got from the welcome bonus. I won 9€ and played with that bonus money. I won 300€, but i knew i can only withdraw 150€ because of the bonus terms from the freespins. So i thougt, i could play with that 300€ and any winnings above i will get it. I asked the Support if i can withdraw that money and he said "yes". I have played with that money and i got over 1.000€ on my account. I withdrawed that and they cutted it on 150€. I was wondering why the supporter wrote me that this is okay, but it wasn´t (and it´s not standing on the terms). Only: Max. Withdraw 150€ when the bonus is wagered, but i won this money after i wagered the bonusmoney. After that i asked in the Chat again if we could make any deal, if i can get even 50% of my winnings, but no, nothing.. I have screenshots of the Chat with the supporter if anyone need it.
