Signed up here today and made several deposits. With the third one I got lucky and had some nice winnings. I keep my experience for the moment neutral because my final review depends on how quick verification goes and how long it takes before I get my money.

It’s a nice casino to play, simple nice layout and games load quickly. 1 drawback for me is that you can only play games full screen if the game itself has an option for it (and most games don’t) and also I’m missing the option to save my favorite games.

Like I said I will update this review on when I got verified and the money is paid.

Update; 24 hours later and the withdraw is still pending and noting heard about about my verification so the review is going from neutral to negative. I will update the moment i got verified and got my money. If that's not going to happen in the next 24 hours the review is going from negative to very neegative.

update2; sent several emails but they don't respond so i canceled my withdraw and lost it all (that's what they want) Never going to play here again so ask them to close my account.

Worst casino ever. First i had a problem with the wager of the deposit (no bonus) They stated it is 1X but thats not true. Did several deposits and they were all about 3X wager. I confronted them with my last deposit that was €100 and i had a nice win and wanted to make a withdraw but wager said not possible and had to play for €130 more (and i was playing already for a while) so its most definitely not 1X. After that they didn't respond anymore on my emails. So thats how they treat customers. So i asked them to delete my account. Also no answer so i asked in live chat. It was quite a task to get my account deleted.
Unfortunately i forgot i had one withdraw pending. Its a couple of days ago and didn't received nothing yet in my bank account. Emails they don't respond to so i will wait a little bit more and if i don't get my money then i will start a complain.

Almost forgot... this was my first experience with support. I asked them how to get verified because there was no page to upload documents. This was the answer i got:

"There is no need to play and make deposits on our site. As you make a derivation request, the system may offer verification if necessary."

Very strange answer ;-(

update; after that first withdraw they became much quicker, most of them in my bank account in 1 day.
