After 6 days of withdraw status "Completed". the money were sent back to the Rollino account due to "technical" issues.

Bad withdrawal process - I am waiting since Wednesday to get my withdrawal without success so far.
Bad communication - Two e-mails and several trials with the chat took place to get in contact with them without any reply from their side.

I would say that these are the key features for an online casino - withdrawals and communication and with my experience they were totally missing on this casino.


Today I managed to talk via chat to be told that I need to wait for somebody to answer to my e-mails from last week to let me know what problem I have with my already completed withdrawal but without the money in my account.

Horror.
I’ve made a deposit of 25€ and won 500€. I can only withdraw 10 times the deposit and when I asked they told me that the rest of 250€ are lost and they can remove from my balance amyhow since I can’t do anything with them.
