I signed a refund agreement on May 27 2024 with Casbit Group N.V. because i lost huge on Betspino and Lala.bet. Right now it's August 27 and have not received anything yet. All communication (email, WhatsApp, Telegram) is being ignored for 13 weeks.


Nobody is responding and they just signed and then ignored the agreement. This has caused me so much stress, depression and more. I don't know what to do anymore. Betspino does not care, closed the chat every time that i open it and my VIP manager even blocked my number.

The support team has forwarded my request for more then 50 times to my VIP manager which he has ignored. It's being done on purpose.

I know that Betspino is going to read this, then they give a AI generated response without a real answer and then nothing happens.
