This whole situation looks pretty messy to me, to tell you the truth. You have done the right thing to submit a complaint and I am sure that our team will look deeper into this issue. They will do everything possible to get it solved, and hopefully soon the casino will explain what is behind all this.
For now, please, try to stay patient and do not deposit any money to the casino. I really want to see the outcome of this.

Thank you for getting back to me. We now need to wait to see if the casino will explain the whole situation to Adam in your complaint, and hopefully there will be the best resolution to your case soon. You just need to be more patient as the timer is set, as you can see in your complaint.
