Im still waiting on them to at least respond to the complaint? The payment is not delayed its just simply impossible to withdraw at least 100 euros left. No way of clicking "payment method" and before when I could, always rejected. Real scam here! I know i'll never get anything from them but just would like to know that the word gets out

Forget about it it’s a scam casino contact your bank and report the deposit as Fruad also these people on casinoguru don’t help if they wanted to help they would have done something about this courrpt casino that’s still opened when everyone has the same problem but they don’t care

Well, the casino hasn't been asked to respond to the complaint yet, as I can see. It is because our complaint team needs to wait 14 full days before they can even intervene in your case.

Yes I have asked them many times. Chat responded to contact support via email and email never responds after MULTIPAL attemps to reach them... I got mad and may or may not have used the F word 🥴 blocked from chat for 1 day. When I finally was able to chat I asked again. The agent said "No swearing or you will be blocked" I told him no answer from support and he blocked me again... Im sure they don't even have the option to send out cash only receive. Its sad to see that these thieves can get away with it. Other players on other sites experienced the same.

i think I’ve seen maybe 2-3 cases of their branch of casinos paying out and it’s only after weeks or(months) of pestering their support and intervention from casino guru, also being lucky enough to have not broken their endless list of rules in their T and Cs and miraculously not playing a restricted game as most of their games appear to be restricted and even if it isn’t they add the game you played into the list after the fact.

I can understand that you are frustrated, but please know that the live chat usually doesn't know much regarding withdrawals. That is why it is always better to contact them by email.

May I ask which email address you contacted them at? Do they have just one where you can write them to, actually?🤔
