I wish I could come up with a viable solution, yet I fear there is none on the horizon.

We have discussed similar scenarios with my colleagues this Tuesday, and the thing is that for a normal player (who is not addicted), the options may not be available because such a player is supposed to control his behavior.

Hence, if the casino is incapable of setting gambling limits for you, I guess you have to stay strong.

Well the problem is that I opened a casino with them I sent the documents they sent me confirmation that they verified my player account everything was ok until the withdrawal I deposited 250 euros I won 1000 euros I withdrew this amount after two weeks I receive an email from them telling me that I have loaded the terms and conditions and that my winnings will be confiscated and only my deposit will be returned within 14 days because I violated the terms and conditions..because I come from Germany and Germany is banned in their casino my question is how could I open an account at IEI if I was banned how could I do the verification and receive an email that my account is verified once my address in Germany was evident on my documents sent for verification how could I make a deposit without problems...and the problems only appeared when I had to pay this is a scam

I'm not quite sure what you mean by saying that we don't let you make a complaint about these casinos. I actually don't see in your account that you have submitted complaints for those casinos you mentioned. 🤷‍♀️
