Hello Jaro.

I have just had an email from Tucan saying I have breach there T&C therefore they have blacklisted my account !

They have also said I will get all my deposits back to the sum of €580 which is only what the owe me in winnings all deposits are thousands but I'm happy just to take the €580. What is strange is it's identically written in the same way as Kingdom so I'm 99% sure there are same company. They have also said that could take 14 days even though it's they claim it's been sent to my account. I will keep you posted in any updates

If you are satisfied with what they offered you it's up to you.

But if you don't think you broke some rules, I wouldn't be positive about it.

They said I broke there T&C's which is BS as I have played the same way and the same 2 games. I have won a lot with them so I think it's down to that or as I'm adamant about is that Tucan and kingdom are the same company. TBH if there going to send my winnings as they say then it's there loss not mine I will spend my money else where.

Well, that's a pretty general answer. I would say that we won't learn anything from it.

But the complaint is still open, so I would use it to seek an explanation. I definitely wouldn't close it yet. I would tell Veronika what I agreed to, but I probably wouldn't close it yet.

Well done in winning 70K what games did you play to get that. Also if you fight them they will close your account and pay.even slower someone push too hard. They closed my account whilst owing me 580 and been told that's coming in 19. Separate payments !

This is precisely why I was inquiring about the VIP status requirements.

In my opinion, if a player holds VIP status and submits withdrawal requests while still being a VIP, those requests should adhere to the VIP limits. At least for some time, because in most casinos VIP rank vanishes when a player starts withdrawing more.

Still, rules are rules and as the email shows no matter the situation, it always depends on what is stated there. 🙁

19 individually payments to the total of £580 I had a full break down but it's an absolute joke as I haven't had one payment yet. They did say it was sent to my bank account and could take 14 days to clear which is BS

It was on roulette & slots! But as us gamblers know, can lose that so quick! There not looking to help me on this so i doubt i will ever see that money if im honest
