OMFG I had a massive argument with Kingdom casino as they was breaching my GDPR and KYC and they closed my account with over £600 owed and now my Tucan account is also now closed with over £500

It looks like the 2 sights are the same

It's strange if there not as I had zero problems with but after Kingdom shit me down I can't get into Tucan. If you can get the money owed from Tucan that would help

Hmm, strange, maybe they blocked you if you can't access your account. Didn't they say anything about this? Have you tried sending an email?

I'm furious Tucan has waited 6 days and then closed my account . They have paid me 3 times up to this point too..it.has to be because of Kingdom. I shall try the form

Try complaining, especially since they closed your account.

FYI KINGDOM has told me I have breached KYC and blacklisted me but will send me my winnings in 14 days. I didn't breach KYC they did !

I spoke with Tucan and have sent over a screenshot of them confirming I'm owed €580 but there not responding to my emails

You didn't tell me that the casino can't find your account. Did they tell you that via email? 

Veronika is dealing with your situation, but it won't be resolved immediately because there are other complaints from other players as well.
