Having a similar issue with Tucan Casino myself. Deposited €1200 on Friday ended up getting up to about €8000… made withdrawal of €1000 and another €1000 (their rules state only €1000 a day) on Saturday. Submitted KYC details on Saturday and still waiting. No response to emails and chat is friendly but very generic. Let’s see how this plays out.

They take sooooo long I have had 3 big payouts but they don't rush and will make you jump through hoops. Chat is useless and they just copy and paste there answers. It should come but there going to make you wait

I have got my deposits back now, still don't know what my breach was,

Don't know how you can verify someone until they win then decide they have breached,

Hi, based on what other players are saying, it probably won't take the least amount of time. 

It's good that you submitted all the documents, and now you'll need to successfully pass verification.

Did you play without a bonus? What payment method did you use for withdrawal?

The winnings came from no bonus and I used bank transfer for withdrawal method. Only other methods for me were Crypto, Skrill or Neteller…

This is how bad they are. I went into 1red and won 2k. The KYC was just a screen shot of my statement showing the payment and IBAN / BIC my driving licence and a live recording of my face and it was approved in an hour and the payment was done an hour later. the funds landing in my account the next day ! I'm starting to think Tucan has one person working there as there so slow

They told you they wanted a PDF format, right? Well, sometimes it would be better if they said so right away, or if it was stated directly in the documents you have to send them. This way, as you say, it just prolongs things unnecessarily.

Yes, it's quite possible. But it's best if they state somewhere what format they need and what they want specifically. If they've asked for something now and it will take them another few days to even look at it, it's not exactly user friendly. 😕

I was verified last week but then they wanted to me to change withdrawal method so the process started again from Monday. Spoken to them today and I’m in a que, they said they’ll work as quick as possible

OMFG I had a massive argument with Kingdom casino as they was breaching my GDPR and KYC and they closed my account with over £600 owed and now my Tucan account is also now closed with over £500
