I’ve been trying to withdraw my 5,500€ winnings since March 27th. Despite live support confirming my account is FULLY VERIFIED, the system keeps asking me to re-upload my ID and address in an endless loop every time I try to cash out.

The chat support is useless, just telling me to "use incognito mode," which doesn't fix this system bug. To answer your question: No, my documents weren't rejected.

The Live support checked them and explicitly confirmed that my account is fully verified. Was the problem a system error, or perhaps a tactic? Every time I clicked "Withdraw," the website ignored my verification status, and I ended up in an endless loop where I was asked to re-upload my ID and address.

The most striking thing about it? Customer service was completely useless, and my emails were ignored. But as if by magic, a "support manager" contacted me immediately after my public complaint. Suddenly, the system error was fixed, and I was able to request a withdrawal.

However, I immediately encountered another misleading delaying tactic. The withdrawal page clearly states that you can request up to €4,000 at once. But if you try to do this, the withdrawal is rejected. The actual, hidden daily limit is only €1,500, and there's no warning about this until the request is rejected (which resets the waiting time). Since I've been blocked due to a technical error since March 27th, I've missed days when I could have used my daily withdrawal limit of €1,500. I asked them to show some leniency and approve a higher amount today, as the delay was their fault, but they refused.

To protect my winnings from such practices, I requested a 3 day self-exclusion period. My account is therefore blocked for playing, and I can only withdraw. The first €1,500 are supposedly already on their way. I'll leave this complaint open until the full €5,500 has been safely deposited into my bank account. I'll keep you updated!

If we’re talking about a daily limit, they probably should have mentioned it in the withdrawal terms as well. But I’m sure they have it somewhere in the terms and conditions, and sometimes they might be counting on the player not to check it, and just as you say, the withdrawal time gets extended.

I am updating this review to confirm that Betprimeiro has now successfully and fully paid out my entire winnings. After the initial technical issues and my complaints, management stepped in, and the withdrawals were processed reliably.


While the start was rocky, I want to be fair: they proved that they are a legitimate casino that pays out big winnings. Everything is resolved and okay now.
