Still waiting for verification source of wealth.. this is getting very annoying.

Everything is taking so slow.. when you deposit nobody asks when you loose nobody asks but when you win you need to proof everything

I even managed to be called back by the director of those casino group. When I didn't get a reaction I searched the net for every person who works or is affiliated there and found one guy registered as director and who lives in Switzerland.. I tried to call him last weekend but didn't pick up but Wednesday he called me back I explained the situation and he tried to convince me that everything shall be paid.

They are so lucky they are based in Malta if they where here in Belgium it would be very easy to go to them face to face.. things would be so different.. good lesson from now on I play only Belgium casinos no more malta shit

Still nothing changed.. withdrawal is pending since 20/6/23 aks for proof of wealth wich was send all on 20/6/23 directly when I received the mail. Since then no reaction from customer service

Is not picking up.. I'm gonna do rechearch and try to find out some adress, Switzerland is not a long drive from Belgium its worth to try.. I wonder if I find any addresses of people involved with this casino how they gonna react when I show up in front of their door.


It's sounds a bit crazy but I m not gonna leave my money I deposited 20.000e and got 26.000e in account either the return my 20.000 deposits or had over the 26.000

I probably don't possess a stomach for that, allow me to say I wish you a safe return by all means. From my experiences with local situations (not with casinos) such addresses were mostly part of garage complexes or some storage houses, completely empty. Lost trail

I'm still waiting I give myself until 14 July and then I will go there.

Today I got mail from them that the process is finished and my account and source of wealth is accepted.. but when I contact livechat they say it is still under review..

Now I just wait again

Yes I got mail that the withdrawal of 1000euro is processed. But at the same time they blocked my account because of a bussiness decision crazy shit is going on

Things got from bad to worst. Now they closed my account for always. Because of my behavior towards the employers.


I played further today on my account lost some money and they closed the account, very very sneaky what they did now


What's remaining in the account shall be transferred in installments to my account in the following days they said.


Only thingi did was sending mails without bad talks or something and the director I send him text that I'm going to start a proces in court in all all relevant country's they are working and living. Like Greece, Malta Switzerland. Now I'm motivated to contineu with this and really start wasting my time on them an start procedures

This is all wrong... I mean, I understand the player must not fall into blind insulting, that's ok. But based on this whole situation, I can perfectly understand you might feel quite desperate. It's not my place to dig into this topic, I know.

For this moment, I'm glad the complaint is in process, and as far as I see, it has been updated! That's good.

Pena que não li as resenhas, pesquisei rápido e na maioria dos sites de classificação obteve uma boa classificação.
Bem, eu sei que ir para malta vai me custar dinheiro, mas abandonar meu dinheiro ou ganhos é pior para mim.
Agora peguei um advogado belga que conseguiu colegas de trabalho em Malta, ele diz que há algumas coisas a fazer, podemos julgá-los aqui na Bélgica e também em Malta, no pior dos casos, primeiro ele tentará ameaçá-los com tribunal se não pagarem caso contrário será uma viagem longa de 6 meses disse mas tem licença MGA pelo que devem obedecer normalmente. Ele diz que mesmo na Bélgica onde os cassinos são vulneráveis ao tribunal e KSY essas coisas acontecem às vezes eles fazem de tudo para não pagar!
O problema é que eles agora bloquearam a conta por 3 meses, depositei mais de 15.000 euros, só quero meu pagamento. Mesmo que paguem apenas 1000e por dia e 7000e por mês, no máximo, comece a pagar. As regras do GMA dizem que se um jogador fechar sua conta, o cassino não deve impedir que o jogador faça saques.por lo que aconsejo oferta de sites online para jogar E é isso que eles fazem agora, agora eu penso por que eles deveriam pagar mais de 3 meses quando não pagam agora. Para mim, eles parecem gangsters agora que dirigem cassinos
