This casino is awful. They do everything to not pay you. My withdrawal was approved this morning. Then it was returned to my balance. Spoke to live chat. They said it was a technical error that's why it was returned back to my balance and that I have to wait another 48 hours to be approved again. Which it was already approved before

Yes I self excluded after losing money and finding the slot I play a bit dodgy. You can only self exclude for 1 month. I wrote them a really offensive email and they still wouldn't close my account!! Hi, I used my friends card for deposit with his permission as my card does not allow gambling deposits.
I have deposited on Betti.com and I am looking to make a withdrawal but they have asked for a picture of the card.
I have already sent proof of id and proof of address and proof of withdrawal method.
My friend is happy to sign a letter of consent and confirm I had his permission to use his card.
What should I do? I have looked online and some say if you say you used someone elses card you cannot withdraw and they will close your account. Can anyone confirm?
I have the letter of consent signed with a picture of the card and his id ready but need more advice before I send it.

Betti is indeed a dodgy Casino based on the always different Company names I see on bank transactions with them but it comes with the territory with casinos registered in Curaçao. Plus I get the benefit of being able to buy bonuses as a UK player - can't do that with UKGC regulated casinos. One thing they do for sure, they almost certainly delay withdrawals in the hopes that you'll cancel it and give it back to them...either that or liquidity issues. Any concerned punters - just be patient, they pay out, but do be aware that where possible they use lower RTP version of games. 😀

Hello! I’m really after some advice. I’ve been a user of the Betti casino for a couple of years before. I’ve made many deposits and 1 withdrawal of €100 with no issues. On Wednesday 21/2 I won €1700. I withdrew at about 11:30pm. The following day I was told I need to provide proof of Apple Pay for verification. This was provided and almost instantly approved. I followed up with like live chat to confirm all was verified and withdrawal going ahead, I was assured everything was fine. I was advised 48 hours for my withdrawal to be approved so last night at 11:30pm I attempted to check the progress of my withdrawal but each time I tried to access the site I was met with ‘Server not found’.
ive never known of this before. I am so confused. I don’t know what’s happened. Has the website gone for good? Is it temporarily disabled? There seems to be no information anywhere online that I can find that will shed any light on the matter.
I will be so disheartened if I have to say goodbye to my winnings, but I really want to give it a good try to resolve the issue before I accept the loss.
I don’t suppose anyone could please shed some light on this issue please?

I’ve just followed your link and ended up on the site! Even following the Google search links for the site came up with the same problem I was experiencing of the server not being found!
I also emailed support@betti.com in which I’ve received emails from regarding my account previously and they bounced back saying domain not found! Very odd!
Anyways, I’ve accessed the site, spoken to an advisor and resolved the problem! My withdrawal is still pending approval but I’ve been assured it should be dealt with by tomorrow. So fingers crossed.
I can’t thank you enough for your help today. Something so simple for you but for a technophobe like me it’s been a rough ride lol!
