I did ask and I also asked because of my loyalty on the site for a free bonus, he said there was nothing available to me. I played on 7bit casino as well for 3 Years faithfully week after week and not a win there ever. I use to win online all the time I don't win anything really anymore. What's going on with these sites?

Go play on BetMGM or Betty casino they are pretty good site to play and win on.

Good evening. I won some money on BluVegas, but they canceled the entire amount because they said I played a game that I wasn't allowed to play with a bonus. The paradox is the following:

1)I won the money on a game I was allowed to play.

2)There were games that blocked you from playing with a bonus or showed a zero balance, but in this game, it was allowed to play, and my full balance was displayed.

3)I have completed the verification process.

Hello, did you also find out what game it was and did you check the Terms and Conditions to see if it is really forbidden to play when you have a bonus ? When you claim otherwise, did you tell the casino that it wasn't a prohibited game and did they say something ? 

Please let me know, so I can see if it will be possible to help you.

It was on the list they sent me after, but it's just misleading in some games to show a zero balance or block your game, and in some it's on the list of games you shouldn't play but it shows the balance normally and doesn't block you. The game was Dog House, and I should note here that I didn't win the money there.

I understand that it can be misleading but if this game would be restricted in terms and conditions, you should look mainly at that and not at whether some other game shows you balance or is playable. 

However, if you say you didn't make money on a game that was restricted, then you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to look into the whole case.
