Thank you for being so kind & supportive, truly. ☺️ I did withdraw via my Bitcoin wallet. I'd say I had my funds within 2.5 to 3 hours max from the actual time of my withdrawal request. I was either in a little queue and/or there was a lot of crypto moving at that time (the latter is my understanding but I'm not a crypto pro). Please let me know if I left anything out! 🙂
For anybody reading my info from here, this is about my successful withdrawal! Please keep in mind that I cashed out after Brango support had confirmed my submitted identity verification and I made a $10 "verification deposit" via Bitcoin. All of this took about 4 days after I won the $50 max on free spins @ Casino Brango. Their live support staff were excellent imo.

Thank you, Jaro! Yes, I will continue to play at Casino Brango. I don't want to assume anything (& make an a$$ of myself, as the saying goes lol), but I would think the process of future withdrawals *should* be much faster since Casino Brango has verified my identity, etc.
However, I recently assumed the same of Lucky Legends--which I was very impressed with despite many negative reviews. . . only to find out that the initial withdrawal request is processed instantly with Lucky Legends. On subsequent withdrawals, LL takes a minimum of 7-10 business days just to *approve*your withdrawal request! I find this ridiculous because they certainly did process my deposit instantly lol. 🙃😔 But I digress....this section is for info about Casino Brango. Please accept my apologies for going off-topic and allowing me to vent. 😊

However, could you explain what the specific problem is and what the casino told you why you don't have the funds ? Your account is already verified here ? How long exactly have you been waiting please ?
