I understand the situation may feel like the easiest and most natural ending, but it is not just like that. If I may, losing the money is not the best shortcut, though I respect that it is your call. However, once you've used up the entire amount, it becomes challenging to provide the casino with any evidence of their wrongdoing. We have no idea why the casino wanted that and the fact that you lost results in no further answers. Additionally, as far as I can conclude, you did not mention the statement in the complaint at all.
