It looks like they are not willing to pay out. My withdrawal approval gets declined every 3 hours. It looks like this is automatically, cause after 179 minutes it shows as approval pending and exactly after 180 minutes it shows as approval declined. This happened to me 9 times and after that i thought something changed and I would get they money because on my 10th approach the transaction history shows "pending", not "approval pending", but the other day the transaction history was "payment error". Now they keep declining the approval once again every 3 hours. The worst thing is there is no way to contact them except creating a ticket which they do not reply to. But it looks intentional because they replied to my first created ticket where I needed to change the email because when registering I made an error in the email, I skipped one letter. So to this they replied pretty fast and everything was fixed. But when I create a ticket regarding the money, nobody is replying.

As mentioned before, when I had the issue with the incorrect email and hadn't made any deposit yet, the reply was fast, but when it is regarding the withdrawal there is no reply at all. I've been struggling since Saturday. And the thing is I must go and make a new withdrawal every 3 hours cause as I said that is exactly the time when the approval is declined. So as of now it has already been 11 approval declined and 1 payment error. In about 15mintues the next approval will be declined as the 180 minutes mark will be reached.

By the way, I also tried writing an email to support, not only create a ticket, but the result is the same.

All this really sounds frustrating to me.

I would suggest you file a complaint with our team; just keep in mind that they will not be able to intervene before the 14-day time frame passes.

If you see that there is no way out, though, this should be a good thing to do, to submit the complaint. What do you say?
