Wow so they claim it be after first of year for a withdraw I started on 11/26(16 days to verify docs weekends holidays don't count at all I'm on day 27 now then they also told me how fast goes by seniority and amount of deposits made requested credit card I didn't use credit I used crypto just a way to stall!!

Hm, they talk to you at least. Anyway, waiting for 16 days to verify docs is unacceptable. They're part of a casino group that has a very bad reputation so as long as they talk to you, you still have a chance of getting your winnings one day. But it will surely take a lot of time.

And I sent them proof of death of my grandma on Dec 1st and back in sc my dad's house caught fire so been tough
