This is not a paid post, but I just need once more time to say how impressive the support is here.

One welcome bonus and other bonuses amount, you can use the games only in that eligible section, which is like 40 games(slots), this should be extended to at least 100

Your withdrawal is less than your deposit amount, as you used it to abuse bonus system + to try arbitrage betting, which was immediately flagged by our team 🙂
Your account is blocked and flagged immediately, and the withdrawal request will be approved once the relevant team finishes the investigation.

firstly, you are lying about the bonus, I did not use the bonus, secondly, you are lying that the withdrawal is less than my deposit, thirdly, it is very difficult to prove involvement in arbitration, are you still trying to say something against it?

Was gonna try it out but then I saw you can only play like 30 slots when on a bonus. Thats about the worst thing ive seen in 20 years. Probably lose thousands of players on that alone.

so more than 2 weeks have passed, no refunds of deposits and withdrawals of money have been received, empty blocking and silence. all they write is that I allegedly collected all their rules and violated them, which obviously sounds funny, rather their bonus is initially activated with a deposit and it cannot be canceled, what's even better is that you don't know that you have a bonus, only your deposit is visible. arbitration is a serious accusation, would you like to somehow substantiate it with facts, maybe you found 2 accounts and a provider from which, as you say, your rules were violated, but for now I see a clear theft of my won money
