Hello. My name is Magan Tompkins. I’ve been an active player at club player casino for almost a year. In that year I have spent a good share of money. Not an astronomical amount but it is still my hard earned money. Anyways, the first couple of times I cashed out at club player I had no issues and I had fast payout into my bitcoin account. But here recently I won $457.00 and my payout was not instant. In fact I’m still waiting for my payout to be approved it’s been 5 days now. So this morning i contacted player services via chat where the team member asked questions to verify my account (no issues or complaints for doing her job) then she asked me questions about my 2 landlords whom assuming have accounts with them as well have used my address at some time or another.. I was asked to briefly explain why we had the same address on our accounts. And I told them the truth which was they were my landlords and I have been a tenant at that address for 2 years now and I have my rental agreement and my rental receipt records to prove that and the rep said that wasn’t necessary at the moment that was the only note on my account was a brief explanation…


Are they trying to get out of paying me? Are they using shady tactics.. I know it isn’t a substantial amount but it is still my winnings. If I am not going to get the money I’d like to know so I am not spending my money there anymore. I hope you can see my frustrations.

Hello there.

I would guess the delay may be related to the address issue meaning your account is in some check. This sounds normal to me, given the circumstances, and I would also say once your account is approved to be ok, the money will be transferred.

I understand your frustration, yet I'm convinced it's just a matter of time. Remind yourself to the support, we need to be sure your account has been approved.

Can you do that, please?

— I hope I didn’t come off as the type who just wants to complain or knick pick every small inconvenience. I have read stories recently of this particular casino and using Shady tactics to get out of paying someone.

Hi, I'm sure your post didn't sound like you were the type to just complain. I think that if one encounters a problem, it's good to address it, or to inform yourself. Especially if you did some research and found some players with experiences that were not positive. 

As Radka mentioned, remind yourself to the support and let us know how your case is progressing. I hope we will hear good news soon. 🙂

I feel that it's very misleading here on casino guru. To give this site any kind of rating other than the poorest possible. If I had come to casino guru first and weather reviews. I would have felt very positive about going on this site and playing with club player. However nothing is farther than the truth. I've read every review you have on here. And my story is exactly the same stories as everyone else that put anything negative. In my case, I did not play back to back bonuses without depositing, I played just the initial $125 chip They gave me for joining. I hit a five hundred dollar spin on one game and got up to $1500. I was so excited to redeem this, but has I've had issues with other online casinos I. Decided to go to customer service first. And ask them if I was going to actually receive this money. I was told no. Because it was a No deposit bonus. And I played back-to-back bonuses without depositing. I will never be able to redeem the fifteen hundred dollars. I God very upset. I emailed them. I told them I did not do back-to-back bonuses. And they just said that they would give me one hundred dollars to redeem. If I deposited fifty dollars first. I deposited the $50 and I won $260. It was with a bonus that had no play through no max withdrawal limit But that was a lie. I promise I waited for cat help. An hour and 21 minutes to speak with an agent. Only to find out that I would not be paid $260 Because they were deducting the bonus amount that I received on top of the fifty dollars. So I was told I could only withdraw $150. I figured cut my losses. Take the 150 and stay the hell away from them. Forever. It took three days to get verified in order to withdraw. They do not allow withdrawal to a credit card. A bank wire has a minimum of $200, So I am left with bitcoin only. I am currently waiting on customer service to see about getting my withdrawal. And I have been sitting online with them 41 hour and sixteen minutes and I am finally eight in the queue, It will take another 20 minutes waiting on them and after reading all of your reviews. You even say that it could take a month or more to get the withdrawal amount. How can you rate this casino? Anything but warning, stay away. Don't put your money with them. Everything about this casino is scammy horrible, horrible customer service.

Please casino guru. Do the right thing and don't encourage any of your members or visitors to your site to play with club player. I play on Funrize all the time. And have won $600 $500,$300. Etc. And the money is deposited to my account. The very next morning on my debit card. That's the way it should be with any of these online casinos and rating them anything other than terrible Is ia disservice to all of us want to rely on casino guru, Who, by the way, gets my rating of a plus five stars awesome.

Update on my chat. That took one hour and thirty three minutes of wait time. I wanted an update on my withdrawal just to see if there was going to be any issues. She informed me that my verification was not complete. Because I didn't send the front and back of my credit/debit card. I explained to her that I did upload my card front. And back and it was checked and my account says verified. She said just wait 24 hours, please. And then try to chat tomorrow. Everything in all the reviews here is exactly what is happening to me. They do not want to pay. I just found in their terms and conditions where it says we have the right to deduct $40 Processing fee from your withdrawal..

Do not get sucked in with these bonus offers. You will never be able to get your winnings. Because they will find ways to keep from paying.

I would highly recommend you stay away from Club Player Casino. Sure, they make some nice promo offers to deposit on, but don't expect to be paid when you win. I've been waiting since November 1st, 2024, for my winnings.


They say it's 7-10 business days, but really, that's just for the winnings to be approved. Then it's another 7-10 business days for the money to arrive. That's 1 month for 1 payout. I'll be lucky if my money arrives by Thanksgiving.


This casino will play games and wear your patience. It's not worth all the turmoil. There are better casinos out there.

I see that you have also filed a complaint about the whole case and the casino is quite attentive and is trying to resolve the situation somehow. But they set up problem situations and so now the stumbling block is that you should have received an email that didn't come through, yes? It's a shame it's taking quite a long time but I believe you will get your money eventually. 

If the situation changes and you learn something new, be sure to let me know.

They started out attentive, but that fizzled very quickly. Over the weekend, I was told by customer service that they did receive my emails and information but don't reply via email. In other words, they don't confirm via email. It's blind faith that they'll do what they promised. I'm losing hope, especially since Nick, the liaison, hasn't responded to the complaint chat for several days. I may possibly see my money in December of this year.

I understand your fears, but we don't have to be skeptical before it's over. Let's try to think a little positive.

Of course Nick doesn't have just one complaint and that's why there is a timer on the top right which gives every party time to respond. I'm sure he is also trying to get to you as soon as possible, but there are other players waiting as well. Anyway, I believe it will be soon and the casino will deliver what it promised.

The fact that Nick has more complaints to attend should be alarming. Let's not condemn me for wanting my money after a month of waiting.
