Hi, Radka. I asked because I found it using the anonymous casino filter, found 39 (4 recommended), but there were 14 in "newly opened", among them it was this Crashino site with the anonymous filter checked file

Had to check their T&C and can confirm the casino is not anonymous. Also, not a trouble at all, bugs are normal, a filter should just be used as a guide, players should make their own research on each site, thanks for always being vigilant Radka

There were 3 my missing deposits in this casino and after 4th deposit I can't even contact the support now and now my deposit just disappeared, because I can't even reach their support and sometimes after contacting support I wait 24 hours to get deposits visible on their site. I don't recommend this casino, because I know that they even have problems with withdrawal. Very hard to trust this casino.

That's quite strange from my point of view. Did you ask if they have any technical problems with the site when you can't see your deposits? I understand that it's annoying when similar problems occur and even chat or support doesn't respond promptly. I have also seen user reviews for this casino where players have had a similar problem. Sometimes information can be useful here too, if you are deciding to play in particular casino.

 

You as well mentioned that they also have a issue with withdrawals too. Do you have experience with them ? Have you ever had a problem with withdrawals not being paid out ?

 

Anyway have you checked out its safety index ? Here you can see that casino is not licensed for example, did you notice that? Fresh casinos themselves are riskier and so I share your opinion that I would be cautious if I went there to play.

Hello I missed that they were not accepting Swedish players (Whoops)🤪 yet I have played and withdrew several times with no issues whatsoever.

But the main reason I write is that I'd like Casino Guru to review the casino again. A couple days ago they updated their website and their T&C, also it seems that they have acquired a Curacao license. And they are no Longer using third party Payment provider "FulgurPay"

Hi, I think in this case it would be best not to play here because it is quite possible that if you win a bigger amount, the casino will be able to take your winnings away from you. I mean, if the casino doesn't accept Swedish players, there might be problems in the future that you can save yourself from. 

Anyway, I can't help but say this, but have you seen the safety index of this casino ? It is quite low and I would like to warn you again before depositing in this casino, besides the fact that it does not accept Swedish players. 

As for the license, could you take a screenshot that they have it ?

Before the update the casino could not accessed without VPN but now Sweden is no longer restricted (according to the T&C and the list of restricted countries)

Regarding their newly acquired licence I have a screenshot here. Let the team review and authenticate it.

Oh, I see. However, I would also be cautious about using a VPN in the future and always try to check the Terms and Conditions to see if it is allowed, or check with support.

I have played on this casino several times since last year in December. The variety of games is quite fair. Only problem I faced was being asked for KYC when I wanted to withdraw after several times withdrawing. As from there everything is working smooth for me.
