at one point the site stopped working, the live chat did not respond, and the email did not respond. I can't log into my account and I can't withdraw my money.

It is certainly not a pleasant situation. Have you been warned in any way about the closure? It appears the account was closed for a reason.

Could you please say anything else about this situation? When was the last time you made a deposit and were in touch with support, for example? When you try to log back into the account, can you see any note?

This does not work for all users. From June 1, the sports section does not open, it is impossible for all users to log into the account and registration is not available.
