Thie scam company won't allow me close account . They do not reply to emails. The email customercare@dolfwin.com has not responded once to 5 emails since 05th Aug. The lice chat can't assist with closing account. I begged them to close and self exclude but they have left account opened.

Hello, I wanted to ask you why the casino gave you a reason for this, but I see that they don't write you back at all and ignore you. It certainly shouldn't be like this and these things should be taken seriously. 

So I would recommend that you file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you.

I have tried to close my account with dolfwin casino for several weeks with no avail even after telling them I had a gambling problem and they look for documents to close my account which is wrong

This is a really bad casino you can't self exclude and after contacting them several times they won't close my account asking me for documents when all I want to do is close my account surely this has to be illegal

May I ask if they ask you to verify yourself? Right?

If your account has not been yet verified, that is why they need to do that first, I believe.

Do you have any remaining balance at this casino?

If you don't have any money left and you have some gambling issues, maybe you should try to change the password to your account the way you don't know the new one so you are not able to login again. Many times this way can prevent players from depositing and playing, you know, especially if the casino doesn't block your account right away.
