I think you will get the money as I got finally yesterday. It was a really tough and exhausting to get back my own funds from these thieves, but I think the last drops was the pressure on MGA through EU Solvit and the Maltese Ombudsman who has contact MGA two months ago regarding our issue, and I think at that point MGA couldn't allow anymore to itself not making progression in the case, this is the reason police involved against Elitebet. Hope guys you will be fine.

I don't envy your situation, but at least you got some information about what's going on, which I take as at least a small positive. I really hope that eventually you will get everything and you will be able to breathe a sigh of relief that this situation is finally behind you.

I do not know which actions led to Elitebet to respond to me. Or what kind of consequences this meant for elitebet. But They confirmed the amount of money i still had in the account and promised to pay me in 10 monthly parts. I have now received 8 of them, so it is beginning to look that all my funds will be safe in two months. If you need contact email etc, i will help if anyone needs 🙂

Good news, it seems that cheated players may receive a refund, those who do not Give up. Notifications submitted to law enforcement authorities make sense.We will see what the final will be. The finances of such a Elite24bet company,the validity of issuing a license and the reliability of reports are subject to examination by the relevant services. Fighting for yourself make sens . 🙂

So that's good news I would say. Also do you know what is behind it and what happened when suddenly the casino decided to pay ? I saw that sometime ago you also had a complaint that they didn't answer, so is the money from here ? 

Anyway, I guess the most important thing is that you get the cash progressively and you have it all in a while. I'm honestly glad it worked out well. 🙂

Yes, i am glad that this case seems to go well finally.

I think all this started after MGA took their license away and started the investigation. I bombarded elite with emails and suddenly the were willing to pay all. I think this was a bankrupty for elite, but i cant be sure. And it seems that there is only few guys working anymore as the replies are bit slow.


But the most important thing is that players get their money back, even though this took over a year to happen. And for players in this mess, send an email them, i have a feeling they will keep your funds if you are not actively contacting them first.

I see that because you were interested you got some information. It would certainly be awesome if the players would get their money that they had in this casino. I haven't heard from anyone in a while, so I'm curious if this will spark some conversation since you're not the only one who seems to be getting money.

This may also be important information. But frankly someone who had an old case about a year old might not have contacted the casino, so it doesn't seem like the right solution to me that they wouldn't have paid them. 

Anyway, I'm glad that some players will get what is rightfully theirs and hopefully there will be as many of them as possible.
