We are sorry for this experience, with your second account we pay you 9k euros before it got flagged by our system and after examination we found you had another account.

You even had the owner's email, you could have email customer support or the owner to re-enable your original account the account was never deleted.

I hope so too - I've only been open, polite and courteous with the Casino owner, so I really do hope that he will do the right thing and exercise discretion. Outside this experience, I would've wholeheartedly recommended this casino too!
