Well it's going on 3 weeks soon, im not seeing anything here that's gonna convince me that I will get my winning from this casino, this make me sick to see that this casino can get away with telling lies and don't have to back there story up,if we the people did this they would be all over us.

Ok guys it's going on 3 weeks now, have we even heard anything from this low-life casino, that likes to make false accusations and then closes my account and keeps my winnings?? It's just wrong if we let them get away with this, they do it to me how many more people will they do it too and get away with this.

Funny I just read up on chargeback and this can only be done if you have a credit card, well that's why this casino won't pay me my winnings because they are accusing me of doing a chargeback, well get this I DONT own a credit card, my bank debit card has a Visa symbol on it but it's not like I can do a charge on it, I have to have money in my bank account to pay for anything I do whether it is gambling or buying something in the stores, I HAVE TO HAVE MONEY TO COVER THE AMOUNT,can't understand why no one can see this. I CAN NOT DO A CHARGEBACK, like this casino is accusing me of.

I'm not really sure how that works in Canada, but you can do the chargeback with any card in many different countries. Basically, you come to your bank, you say that someone misused your card and you wish to revert/refund the payments that were sent to the casino. It doesn't work in every case and definitely not in every bank, but it's possible to do this and it certainly happens from time to time. No matter what kind of card you have.

Just how I stated in my last comment that's how it works. Oh by the way it was nice to heard back from someone, because it seem how no one is getting back to me on my case, if anyone knows who I can talk to about getting my winning back from this lying casino please let me know

kind reminder: the timer runs up tomorrow, so Peter is working on it. As he informed you in the complaint he is currently dealing with the casino, so he'll update you as soon as all questions are sorted out.

Honestly, our complaint team is digging through quite a pile of complaints so they just do not have the time to update all complaints every day saying: "I'm working on it, please be patient."

Please just wait for Peter, he is taking care of more players at the same time.

You are not being ignored, the complaint team is just overwhelmed. That's what it is. 🙂

You know I play the online casinos, everyday every day, So why in the name of the lord would I want to ripe any casino off, I enjoy playing at online casinos, I could name several casinos that's I play on, not once has this every happen while playing at any casino, this is the only casino that ever accused me of that.

You never have enough experience in online casinos because every casino is different, so you learn from your mistakes and that's something I don't like to do is make any mistakes. And you know I hardly ever take any bones because then you're just working for the casinos with the crazy wages that's is one thing I will do is read up on the wagers and I always try to do the verification part, but some casinos don't do that unless you win, which I think is so stupid because then you have to wait for them before you can cash out, Just put it this way I put a lot of money into the online casinos that I like to take a paycheck every week. It must be $500. Or more. So to answer your question yes and no.

You know the first time I played the online casino back in November of 2018, I won and I had to fight for my winnings and it took a year almost so that's why I don't let casino get away with ripping me off, if I did something wrong I would let it go, but when you don't do anything wrong you fight for your winnings.

I can't imagine dealing with any casino for almost a year myself. But it sounds very reasonable concerning you did not do anything wrong.

I was just wondering when you had the problem with your visa card - I mean when the fraud occurred it was already after you hit the win in the casino, am I correct?

doesn't of all, it's a T.D.Canada Trust Visa debit bank card, you have to have money in your bank account to cover it. Yes that's correct I had already won my winning, then after that is when the fraud happen on my bank account, so you see this has nothing to do with my bank account because I made my deposit thought my Ecopays account, so the casino was already to give me my winnings until I told them what had happened with my visa debit bank card, which I maybe should of not have told them but did out of my honesty, cuz it had nothing to do with that account, but before my bank account got hack I had made 2 deposit of $25 from that bank account to the casino that's why I fell the need I had to tell them. But the way it works longs as I have the same bank account from which the money is coming from it don't matter how many cards I go thought it's where the money comes from. Does this make sense to you please let me know and I will try to explain it better.

At first, I thought it was your visa debit card frauded, now I understand that your bank account was hacked.

At the moment, we do our best to explain to the casino's staff that some kind of vital proof must be presented otherwise there is no point accusing you of making any chargebacks. I know it may seem that nothing is happening, but we are working on it.

Thank you, I do appreciate the time and effort that everyone is putting into this, and yes you are right they have to have proof before they go accusing someone of doing such things, like I said before if I had done something like this I would let it be, but I did no such thing and it's all in black and white in my bank statements which I had sent to Peter, it's the casino that had returned my 2 $25 deposits from my t.d.bank account but it wasn't their payments that won me my winnings, it was the payment from Ecopayz account. So why did the casino return them payments???
