fileI just recently made multiple deposits and won big off a $30 bitcoin deposit and got it up to $2900 and redeemed $2500 and after one business day my an email came in From the financial department her name was Annalise and she informed me that I had broken the rules that I had redeemed and the bonus during a pendant pending redemption and that was not allowed but had made an exception and informed me that they were going to steal process my winnings but had warned me in the future if I do make it redemption and while it’s pending I claim any bonuses they will void my winnings that was a mistake on my part are casinos have different policies in the terms and conditions and I should’ve educated myself and made myself familiar with the rules and I seen that this is happened to several people that have posted luckily I’m not one of those people that didn’t get paid this is the first time I casino has bent the rules for me I’ve had problems with different casinos for different reasons for being so close to losing so much any casino I make a deposit on I will definitely read the terms and conditions on that note why can’t they just make it where you can’t redeem any bonuses while pending a redemption it’s almost like a trap of course you don’t want to cancel your withdrawal to play so you find other ways maybe claiming your comps points or maybe claiming a special bonus that you got an email but I’m sure they have the ability to set it up to where you’re not allowed to redeem any bonuses or make any deposits oh yeah you can’t make any deposits either while a redemption is pending overall I’m gonna give this site five stars just for their compassion and understanding thanks FAIR GO CASINO!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, this rule is quite common in many casinos. On the other hand, I also don't understand why you couldn't simply carry on playing, activating bonuses etc. while you already have some money blocked and waiting for processing the withdrawal.

We really need to appreciate the casino's approach for making the exception. I can assure you that this isn't a standard practice. Your winnings would be voided in many other casinos. Thumbs up for the casino! 👍

My partner won a jackpot with fairgo Casino of over $30,000 last October, and still she hasn't seen 1 cent. The funds are not in her account anymore after she put in for a withdrawal. Several

e _Mails later they still haven't responded.

She has spoken to them on live chat a d been told office closed atm. The last time so spoke to them she was told that her winnings were being processed. That was before Xmas last year.

I'm still waiting for my winnings and I haven't received it yet, it's been over a week. Usually when I withdraw my winnings I receive it within 3 days on other casino sites.

I have sent my documents 3 times now, only to receive the same email, as it's an automated response. I chatted online and I was very unsatisfied and had the instinct that they scammed me.

Original winning was over $8000. I probably won't see it 😕

This casino needs to be shut down ASAP!

Have you been able to verify your account after all the documents were sent, or is it still not verified?🤔 Could the issue with the documents be caused by the wrong format, perhaps? I'm just trying to understand what could be the issue, as you can see.🤷‍♀️

On 05.12.2024 I withdrew $750 and they asked me for an additional selfie verification with an identity document in hand. After May 15, 2024, they asked me for 8 selfies with various documents plus the utility bill and I always received this message: (We have received your email with the attachments, thank you. We were unable to complete the verification process as the copy of your document(s) cannot be accepted.) I redid the selfie with the driver's license with the passport with the utility bill until today 7.12.2024 when he sent me this message: (After reviewing the documentation submitted, your account did not pass our internal security checks .A decision has been made to close your account. This decision will not be reversed.)

Did they explain to you why, though? What was the reason for rejecting it?🤔

I would suggest to file a complaint. Our team will surely do their best to find out the reason and hopefully they will be able to resolve this situation.

This is the message that the casino keeps giving me: I did the verification with 2 times of documents with the utility bill with a selfie and they still didn't want to give me money until finally they blocked my account.
