i just wanted to make casino guru aware I believe the casino to be unlicensed .. look at the reply for live chat who have now blocked me from contacting them disgusting they need sanctioning filefilefile

Hi, can you also tell on what basis you think they are not licensed ? I see a Curacao license in our review, so if you have any doubts or evidence I would have our team check it out. 

As for your money, why should the casino give you a refund ? I saw that you wrote 3 weeks ago, so if you still need help and you don't know where to turn, you can file a complaint with us and our team will see what can be done.

I contacted Curacao egaming who advised they have nothing to do with them the santeda BV group now hold a license with Anjouan Gaming who prohibit them having activity in the UK I had confirmation via cosmobet which I can upload.

They wont give you your money Ryan, they swapped license and hold an Anjouan License which prohibits them allowing / trading in the UK - also there is no way of contacting their Anjouan Licensee who also act as the ADR (dispute resolution service) between yourself and the casino. It is a total scam and they should all be shut down. Intrestingly enough Santeda International BV received a hefty fine (the maximum) €5 million euros for breaches apparently in the press. Shows how bad these casinos are and the problems they cause for problem gamblers. You can close your account and set up another straight away in the same name…. They don’t care because they’ve taken your money by this point. It’s so so wrong.

Hey, I see that we have CEG as a license in our review and when I looked at their page I also found Anjouan so thanks for the warning and I've had it checked by our data team who will fix it when it's 100% right. 

Anyway, did you have any problems when you were interested in the license ?

Yes I self excluded and they allowed me to set up another account and deposit after I self excluded and they confiscated all winnings and refused to refund my deposits anjouan gaming have no ADR and they are totally rogue along with all sister sites.

I'm really sorry to hear that, when it comes to player's protection all interested parties should hold the matter responsibly.

If you feel that the casino somehow did anything wrong, I think submitting another complaint might help to find out the key point, and help you out.

Sorry, are you referring to this complaint of yours? I believe that Radka was referring to the Goldenbet Casino, as you write in this thread, and not the Velobet Casino, where you have submitted your complaint.

Anyway, I can see that our complaint team is trying to get in contact with the casino in your complaint and is waiting for them to reply, so there is nothing much they can do as of now.

I haven't been asked yet but I recently self excluded on goldenbet which isn't a UK gambling site. I have also seen other threads on this I have recently opened a sister site and won alot of money just going through verification will this affect my winnings. I don't think it will as it doesn't state you will be banned from all casinos and I've seen a few things where people have done the same and lost alot of money and there isn't anything they can do so surely works both ways?

Hello, I think that if it is not stated in the Terms and Conditions of the casino in question, that if you self-exclude in one of the group, it applies to all casinos in that group, so it should not be a problem. Of course, something unexpected can always happen, so we'll see if the casino comes up with something or you get your winnings without any issues. 

As for the verification, it hasn't all been successful yet, right ?

I did think that and I even spoke to goldenbet which they stated they are not linked like that so a self exclusion doesn't carry over to other casinos who have the same licence which is good because I nearly got a max win on the highest payout game!.... I've took screenshots of my account and even have a video of the win. I am still waiting to be verified I recently sent the documents to the email address as I did notice one was a bit blurry I haven't yet got a response from the company.
