The idea was that they asked for the exact same documents as the first time. I was first verified fully around March 2023, I got a small withdrawal from them, and then in December 2023 they wanted to completely reverify my account again, including ID and address and all of that. Note that it took them over 10 days from the time I requested my withdrawal to when they said I should send new documents. To me, that is just a way for them to delay my withdrawal in an attempt to make me lose the funds.

If the casino wanted exactly the same documents, I understand that sometimes it's an unnecessary obstruction and it's certainly not pleasant. At such a moment you have to be patient and cooperate with the casino so that this additional verification is successful as soon as possible.

Anyway, the most important thing is that the player gets his money, even if it is sometimes the hard way. 🤔
