i did make withdrawal request from 10 hours until now nothing happen ! every time i do ask them they say financial department must send you email ! i did sent all decoument the need !! but no answer !! tehy are relly too slow that is relly bad

When you made the withdrawal, your account was not fully verified. Right?
So they need to verify you first and then process with the withdrawal. 🤔

Eu tive um pequeno problema no KYC, meu documento era rejeitado pelo sistema automaticamente devido a qualidade das fotos. Mas consegui resolver com uma câmera profissional, auxilio de algumas luminárias e um filtro de realce. Agora vou aguardar para ver o tempo de retirada.
