Yes and very much needed. I'll be happy this will finally be over if I receive it. Notice I'm totally not 100% sure. This is my first time with this type of situation. Though it amazes me the casino still refuses to answer Casino Guru's request!

Reflecting on your previous post, I have no clue why can't they talk to us, but you will most probably get the disputed amount and that's what matters.

Jack pot wheel site did a very bad thing .
I deposited $575 and lost that day then added $190 and revived a $475 bonus .
I them tuned that into over $13000
I tried to withdraw half of it but they keep telling me different story's first you can only take out $2500 a week then it has to reviewed by there team , then max you can withdraw is a $1000 from a match draw. In the end they sent me $1,200 less fees so $1,160
I had a balance still in there that I was going to play with anyway and have fun of over $8,000 and the next day it was gone .
They said when you put in for a withdrawal and it gets reversed you lose all your money on the sit.
Please do not do business with this casino .
PS: they said the rules are on there site , But Try figuring out that stuff.

Hi, from what you describe it looks like the bonus was subject to maximum withdrawal. However, you can post the terms of the bonus as a screenshot here and we will have a better idea of why the casino gave you $1200.
Usually if you ask for a withdrawal from a bonus where you also have the maximum cashout, you will lose further funds after the withdrawal, this is quite common.
So if you are interested, feel free to share with us which bonus it was. 🙂
