This casino is the worst. I won $1600 using a bonus promotion. I had to play through over $7668 to even be able to claim my winnings. Once I met that requirement, the casino dropped my winnings down to $250. As noted, they are small and nothing more than sophisticated scammers.


How do we shut them down? At the very least let’s get the word out so that others don’t make this mistake.

I WON AFTER SPENDING 20 DOLLARS AND TRIED YO WITHDRAWAL $100 DOLLARS MY WITHDRAWAL was approved and they told me it would be 3 to 5 business days and I would receive my funds it has now been at least 15 business days and they are not doing anything to help me I have asked them to fix this and they have told me over and over to keep waiting that it shows paid on there end lol I know I gave my correct banking information because it was copied and pasted from my account information so I know that I did everything right and they are just taking peoples money and giving nothing back.they are playing with people who really needs money.

Yes mate from the casino side they told me that 100$ transaction processed from their end and but 11/07/2022 to 26/07/2022

15 business days but still nothing on my bank account.even they didn't give me recipet number of this transfer to check this transection with my bank account.

Yes mate.if its not verified my account they are not Abel to transfer.so I send all the docs they need for my verification process. I attached the SS OF the approved of my 100$ bank wire transfer 11/07/2022.STILL NOT HIT MY BANK MATE.

I had the same issue with this casino and now they are dragging their feet with my withdrawal….all i get is excuse after excuse after excuse. You can tell they are use to giving them. I have a question…what happens to the money that you’ve won but was erased from our balance due to a max cashout? Does RTG keep this money or does it go to the casino? Whoever it is they are making a killing with crooked terms like this. Should be illegal as its clearly theft in my opinion.

Don't even try to play their "no deposit" bonus.

I played their 55 USD chip, I completed the 30x playthrough at slots, winning about 180 USD. I don't complain they cut the 180 to 100, that was the maximum withdraw limit for the bonus from the start.

The 100 USD became withdrawable at the system which means that I met all the terms, so I tested the legitimacy of the casino by withdrawing the 100. I also sent them my id papers to validate my account. After 1 week they said that my withdrawal was declined because I did not deposit 20 USD first. 

1) There was no such term, the money became withdrawable FOR A REASON, that was I completed the terms, no deposit needed. 

2) If a casino fails to payout 100 USD, how can you trust them and deposit money?

3) Their customer service is horrible repeating the same thing, never answering all the above. If there was an answer I suppose they d give it to me. 

AVOID THEM! THERE ARE OTHER CASINOS TO TRUST!

Considering their poor reputation here on CasinoGuru, I'm not that surprised about the result. I'm just wondering, where did you find the no deposit bonus chip? I don't see such a bonus on our website.

When it comes to your issues with the withdrawal - it's a pretty common process that a casino requests a minimum deposit to be made before they send you the withdrawal. It's because they need to have your payment method registered in their system so they can use it for the withdrawal.

I got the bonus about 10 days ago, I followed a promotion link.

The thing is that there was clearly no deposit term referring to the bonus, I've read the terms carefully.

The withdrawal was requested through wire transfer and I've sent them my bank account's statement in order to verify it. There is no wire transfer deposit option so they could not verify this method by a deposit.

Olá, não posso reclamar do cassino. Pelo contrário. Houve várias violações das condições do bônus da minha parte. De qualquer forma, dois saques concluídos de US$ 100 cada.
