Have you taken any bonus? $100 sound more like a max cashout limitation from a bonus to me.

Hello,

we can clarify or confirm this rule is applied as you can see in the bonus list. All deposit bonuses are limited like this: "The maximum amount of money you can withdraw from this bonus is limited to 10-times the value of your deposit. If you win more than that, the exceeding amount will be forfeited." However, if you took a different bonus or were told something else in the chat, you should ask the casino instead. Just to be sure.

I need to clarify what I'm saying I deposited 30 with bitcoin without using any bonus and have built it up to 2300 I asked customer service what I can withdrawal and they said 2000.. but when I read your reviews you day that they can restrict winnings if you've only made small deposits but I have yet to read that in there terms and conditions... though I did read if your deposit was delayed then they can cap you at 2x your deposit. But if you know other wise please tell me

Read the rules please and consult with the live chat operator. Make sure to save any answer by making a screenshot - just in case.

I won $200 here and sent all documents requested. A week later I get a not saying, thank you for verifying all documents as an added layer of security we request you send us your bank statement!!!! I said no! I guess I will not be receiving my money. Don’t play here!!!

Hello, Well the bank statement is common KYC Procedure and without that the casino won't be able to pay you. It's your decision to deny it but i don't see reason why other people shouldn't play there just because you refused to complete KYC procedure which is essential.

It's not uncommon for casinos to ask for your recent bank statement to further clarify your identity and create a pay tunnel from the casino to yourself.


However it is ultimately your choice in the end.


I also have one suggestion...Check and see what type of bank statements they accept and from what type of bank i.e. Brick n Mortar, Online prepaid accounts.


Depending on what type of bank statement, you can send them your less used account for payout transaction.

Hey! Good points!

It won't hurt to add that casinos may ask for a bank statement no older than three or two months. Alternatively, recently made deposits also need to be visible; in such cases, this document usually also serves as "proof of deposit".

this post is really old now, so it doesn’t matter but I never did send my bank statement because I never deposited with a debit card or credit card only through bitcoin. I sent the other documents they requested, so why would they also want my bank statement if I have never deposited except through bitcoin???

I understand your wonderment, but it's common for casinos to ask for such documents even though you deposit by a different method. 

Anyway, did you manage to get your money in the end or did you not provide the documents and therefore failed to verify ? 🙂

I was a member here one year ago and had a very bad experience and now I made a big big mistake!

2 weeks ago I recieved a promo email from them and without thinking I reopened my account. I took a match bonus and tried to make a deposit but the credi card page wouldn't allow me to add a new card. I complained to customer support and they continually told me there is nothing wrong with their deposit page. I had no issues at any other casino only Kats. I even took a mp4 video of the issue and they gave me all the excuses why they cannot view it. Each time I contacted CS chat I had to tell my whole story over about why I haven't played yet. I got so fed up with them I asked 10 times to close my account because I cannot deposit. I also told them I do not do Crypto. Not interested. 10 times they ignored my requests. It was getting me aggrevated.

Finally I spoke to someone and they sentt me a form to fill out to have my account closed. Forget That!

They want my picture ID and all documents to close my account. They have had all those documents from my previous membership.I never was able to deposit and play this time around so as far as I am concerned my account should be closed without any issues or repeated documents.

I replied to them and said no way. You can leave the account open for 100 years but I will never sign in or try to deposit ever or play.

Another unlicensed dead beat casino with poor customer service.

Ok I know I made a mistake and should have remembered my last experience..LOL. What do you think I should do now?

Hi, well since you had a bad experience a year ago I can see that you have not moved on for the better. Since you couldn't deposit, I think it's for your own good that you didn't lose any money here after all. So I certainly wouldn't come back here. 

Regarding closing the account, I also spoke to my colleague and it's not standard practice to ask for documents when closing an account, but there's nothing wrong with that either, so I recommend cooperating if you want to keep it closed. If you're comfortable with keeping it open and not playing there, that's also an option if you're not tempted. 

So that's my recommendation. 🙂

Thanks for your recommendation. But no I will not send documents. They already have them from my last membership.

Today I received an email saying that my casino host will be calling me to work on the deposit problem. Many times they asked me for my cc numbers and they would make my deposit for me. Yeah right! Anyone that does that is crazy.

Hmm, have they ever done that, made a deposit for you ? I haven't heard of that yet, and I guess that would be one of the reasons I'd rather go somewhere else.
