I feel obligated, in a strange way, to defend the Lucky Legends online casino. My story may start off similar to yours or it might not and may end up the same way, but I signed up with the free $50, no deposit bonus chip. I hit about $1500 very soon after and they automatically deducted the 1013 or however much it was while I was in the middle of spinning $25 spins, I think they were. When I realized my balance had quickly got around 170 very fast, I figured they must have deducted the play through. I got my balance to an even $100 and then I began the withdraw process. They tell you it takes 3 to 5 business days to verify your ID. It took that for me, so that was accurate. Then it takes 7 to 10 business days to approve or deny your withdrawal. This was also accurate, my withdraw was approved. They tell you it takes another 7 to 10 business days for them to send it to you. I was expecting the money in my bank account, but I had been told by customer service that I could also give them my Bitcoin wallet address and they would approve me for that, although the website states you have to make two or three deposits first with cryptocurrency before you can withdraw to it. My withdrawal in the amount of $100 came to my Bitcoin wallet address and it was there probably 12 hours and I did not even notice it because I did not get notifications from that Bitcoin wallet address, as I was expecting it in my bank account, or I would have turned them on. Does it take a while to go through a withdraw, especially the first one? Yes, it does... Will you get frustrated waiting on it if you really need the money? You betcha .... Does Lucky Legends online casino really actually pay you out what you win? Absolutely. I called them almost every day and I am sorry to say that I was almost rude to the customer service representatives because I have been scammed before by other online casinos, but Lucky Legends payed me my $100 off of a free $50 chip and if they honor and pay out on a free chip, then I am sure that they will definetly honor and pay out cash deposits. I was in a desperate situation and desperately needed the money when it appeared in my Bitcoin wallet and I called Lucky Legends and apologized to them the second I saw the deposit. As soon as I get out of this bad rut I am in, I will be making my cash deposits ONLY to Lucky Legends. 💯

Lucky Legends Casino closed my account owing me $10,000

My god I am So Distraught!

 

I wish I had read others before I accepted the no deposit bonus from this casino. That went ok and I did not win anything so then I deposited money and played and won nothing to brag about then I got a promo for free spins for a deposit of 15$ so I played that and I won nothing againg but was thouroughly enjoying the casino. I got a 10$ weekly cashback and I played through my requirements and then I won 10000$ yes I said $10,000.00 I then read the terms and conditions but there were no conditions because I had already played out my wagering requirements and was playing on my winnings. So I waited over seven days and then went into my transactions to see if anything had happened and I had a 30$ chargeback on my account. I thought that it was a charge for the withdrawal of 2500$ I requested. You can only maximum withdraw at a time 2500$. So a couple more days go by and last night I go on chat and speek with a really nice lady and asked what was a chargeback because I had no idea. She looked into it and said that I had a charge come back and that I was not to worry about it because they already took the thirty but I still owed 75$ and 105$ for fees for the chargeback and if I agreed, they would just take the rest owing from my withdrawal once it is approved. Those were pretty much her exact words

I was so grateful because I stupidly spent my bill money and food money on spoiling myself counting on my winnings . Never ever have I been so excited. Well now I am literally starving and have no tiletries or anything and telephone is cut off already, next is my internet and power. My own fault for believing in a casino I guess.

Anyway after that conversation I went into look at my bank account because I had some shady transactions and thought maybe one of them was lucky legends by accident may have got included in those if I did not rcognize the payment company. I already felt terrible and feared I would no loose the winnings because I would not have been entitiled to the 10$ cashback. Sure enough this was one of them and what happened with that one is that my bank pointed it out to me and my job now was to contact these companies that had taken money off my card without my knowledge and find out what they would do to fix it. I did not get a response except from Online Pay and of course I deleted the email like an idiot. But I had no idea that it was for any casino and the figure did not look familiar because I also did not realize that they took my thirty $ in american funds so it was a totally different number. Anyway the response I got from Online Pay without a word of a lie was that they did not put that transaction through and to get back in touch with my bank because the charge was fraudulent. I did this and do know that I sent a copy of that email to my bank. So my bank reversed the charge and made me dispute it and then two days later put the charge back on my account . I did not question it because I figured out by then that it was probably for one of the new casinos I had joined. I have to methods of proof of these transactions too. One being the online lineup of the transactions I see on my account which I copied for Lucky Legends and then my original monthly statement which I also sent to Lucky legends The statement shows only one transaction of the withdrawal of funds from my account to Online pay. The list I see online however shows three transactions, one is the original withdrawal that went to Online Pay and then there was a reversal of that, followed by two days later that charge being put through again.

So I did not have anything owing in reality and I talked to two very nice staff members last night who thanked me for bringing this to their attention and the lady told me she had passed the information onto the proper area and to wait a little while and check back.

So this morning I go to do just that and I have a nice little message that comes up when I try to sign in that says oops something bad happedned try again later and it has said that all day now so I am assuming it is because they do not want to pay me and are punishing me for doing nothing wrong. Now I have peanut butter I am eating with a spoon because I have no bread. I have no food for my dog and my bills are all unpaid. Great for my credit for sure .

How can they do this to someone. I am so distraught and really do not deserve this the one time I actually win big I get shafted.

I am disappointed in inclave too which is an identity verifying company because they do business with this casino and I trusted them so in turn trusted the casino that used my identity with them to sign me in and open my account.

Once this is over, I think you should avoid casinos for a while. I hope you will agree.

Anyway, taking aside those shady transactions you have to check out with your bank, I guess, the crucial point lies where? I'm honestly unsure what makes you think something is wrong with your winnings. Did you save at least some print screens showing what or how the lady informed you about the chargeback, please?

What concerns me now is that you seem to have an issue accessing your account.

Have you ever received any kind of update from the casino? Maybe your game history is under further check, some casinos block the account during a such check.

I’m sorry this happened to you but almost every casino cheats manipulates the software doesn’t pay out winnings or a bunch of other things like your requirements may get stalled meaning you will never meet the xplay and still have $$ to cashout at least you didn’t really lose your own money and I’ve played them all but I don’t remember Lucky off the top of my head but I’ll check my notes I wish I could tell you any good ones to play but none would be a great start and again I’m not saying you can never win or be paid out or they all cheat but if they don’t cheat on the software or game you probably won’t be paid they all have downsides and it’s getting worse instead of better.

Almost every casino does not have to manipulate any software. They actually can't. Games are running on the secured game provider's servers. If not, that raises a bit of suspicion, of course.

I am going to do the complaint like you said. No I did not save the chat I just have a printout that shows the winnings I had and the two ways of proving there really should not have been a chargeback. I honestly think it was a way to veto my winnings with an easy explanation as the chargeback. I was bummed when the woman told me about it too because then I thought well I got the 10$ cashback to play with because of my two deposits. One was for 15$ and the second one was for 30$ and if the 30$ one had really not gone through then I was not entitled to the 10$ to begin with and that would mean I had nothing at all. I would have had to grin and bare it and I was ready to. Until I checked my bank because I first of all though that if I owed them NSF charges on that then there is no way they would have been so casual about 180$. Because the woman told me that the fee for the bounced paymentwas 75$ and also 105$ and that they would just take it out of my winnings if that was alright with me and I said of course. At that time I really had not thought about the consequences of that payment bouncing.

When I sat down and took myself away from the conversation it dawned on me what that chargeback would have meant and then I was getting sad. I then decided I wanted to see the bounced payment for myself because I go into my bank account every day and I was not aware of any payments bouncing and thought it odd that there were no NSF fees on my bank account either or I would have already known that payment of 30$ had not gone through.

The strange thing is too is that there was nothing but polite conversation between myself and the woman in chat and then when i went back in with the correct information about my account I had a gentleman at first and then he passed it back to the woman I first spoke with and she looked over the bank information that I sent her and said that she would forward it to the right department and that I should check back later on. So I patiently waited until the next day. Then my account was no longer accessible and they have answered none of my emails and treated me like I did something wrong by finding out that there should not have even been a chargeback because they had got the payment. I was never rude about it and did not have any harsh words to say at all. I just politely gave them the correct information and certainly did not expect to be removed from the casino for this. Especially with no explanation of any kind and no answer to my emails wondering why I cannot get into my account any more and obviously am not getting a dime from them.

They certainly do pay up. Your first time, and I am sorry to say it, but it will take you about 2 weeks to get paid. I would try to get my bitcoin wallet address to them and let them know thats how you wish to be paid because it will be a lot quicker the next time you want to withdraw your wnnings. There is a chance the casino has a work overload, let's give the benefit of doubt, but aren't responsible gambling tools directly provided to the player through an user module like many casinos do? That's a bad sign, also, what about live chat? They don't provide live chat support?

They have live chat. Each time I tried to contact then it would show 2 in que. Sometimes it would show zero. There is a line that says type in your question for faster service or something like that but after inputting my question no one answers. RTG casinos don't have self exclusion tools like other platforms have. That would be too easy.

Ok, I got it it's not a good situation.

On the other hand, no casino wants to see the customer leaving the show. Offering those bonuses as compensation for staying just a little longer is the most common scenario. Are there any limits to be set?
