Hello, if I may say just one thing: the text in the screenshot provides no context or concrete information about a real issue; it is based on feelings and personal expectations, which, of course, lead you as the reader to respond primarily to those feelings. On the other hand, everyday practice shows that KYC or verification, focuses on the ownership of players' banking accounts as part of the pre-steps to successful withdrawals. Hence the only negative fact is 5 days waiting; however, weekend could have been included—who knows? 🙂

To be honest, it's a fresh casino, which is always a bit risky. I saw your complaint post saying you had to go to the bank for the document. If I get it correctly, the casino started the verification process. I know the total is less than the terms say, but the casino can always check the player. The amount withdrawn is not the only measurable aspect.
