Hey there, thanks for checking back! Yea, her reply stunned me lol. Anyways, I havent heard anything. Just waiting! I kinda have written it off but gonna file a complaint with you guys. This casino seems very sketch when it comes to paying. I had read before about exact situations as mine when u win a few in a row, even in small numbers. I am about 500$+ in this casino. Still this is an unacceptable behaviour and I wont deposit there anymore. Thursday it will be 2 weeks! Thanks tho 🤗

Oh and what she meant was, as I understood it, its ok for the casino not to pay me for two weeks and it doesnt mean they dont have 100mill revenue. Go figure lol. In a world where casinos are fighting for customers, how is it ok to delay payment? Its just sad to see Radka thinks that way lol. Anyways, thanks Romi! 🤗

Not that is ok, that the casino don't pay, it's just that our team can not intervene before the 14 day time frame, actually. As far as the safety index is concerned, it would go down if the casino does not resolve your case, but I believe that will not happen and you will get your money in the end.

Realmente não paga, amanha fará 1 mês que pedi a retirada e 1 semana bloqueada, devido violação de regras, mas acredito que o bloqueio é apenas para ganhar tempo, pois tinha um montante de 70 mil, 35 mil pagaram normal, agora a outra metade eu fiz violação impossivel pois é o mesmo dinheiro. Pediram mais tempo pra investigar a violação, mais ja faz 2 meses que está nesse processo.

Pode deixar a conta bloqueada quero apenas meu dinheiro, eles não pagam

I think they moving my payment along. I received the password so waiting for the final email for the link to accept it. Thats how Interac works. Eureka, after 3 weeks lol. I really think they have a liquidity problem that affect even small payments like mine. So they must be on a tight schedule for payments lol. 150 cad is so small it is just ridiculous.

See, thing is, MrBet has a provider I love that I cant find anywhere else and that it hit sometimes small amountd as I am a micros player. But as of right now, I have lost the confidence to go back. And I assume its not only me lol.

Bro, I dont know your case but I believe you. You talking about 70k lol but I am talking 3 weeks for 150 lol.

Thats why I try to not go big and I keep my plays and withdrawals small, just for the pure joy of enjoyment, as we all know we will donate it back gambling.

I feel you! Better go to crypto casinos where they pay promptly.

MrBet has some nice slots but they seem really on a tight schedule of payments. I like thier casino alot but I probably wont go back.
