I have made a deposit on 200 euro to this casino and won over 4000 euro.

On 23.12 I uploaded all required documents in my profile. On 10.01 I met the wager requirements and I sent my documents again but this time via e-mail. Around 1 week ago they have informed me on the chat that my bank statement should be in English (any casino has never asked me for this before). My bank is Polish but 2 days ago I ordered English version of this document and I was informed that they should prepare it in around 1 week.

Today I opened my account and my balance was reduced to 200 euro. I asked on the chat what has happened and I was informed that my bonus expired. Like I said before I met the wager requirements on 10.01 and all what I had on my account it was a real balance. I even requested a withdrawal on 1000 euro to my crypto wallet on 11.01 what wouldn't have been possible if that was a bonus balance.

Now very interesting thing. During my wagering they have added John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen to the restricted games during active bonus. Of course I have won on this slot before🙂 I'm attaching 2 screenshots below. I have made a first screenshot just after I have finished playing (I was also playing in this slot) so you can see that it was not restricted in this moment yet. I always check the terms and conditions before start playing. After I made a first screenshot I have not been playing anymore (the balance on both screenshots is the same).

This what this casino has done to me it is a nightmare. I have checked and there is 6 complaints about this casino on your site. All of these players has had simillar problems and the casino hasn't responded to any of these complaints. All of these players hasn't also received even one response for e-mails from them (exactly like me, I have sent 7 e-mails to them with no answer). I'm not sure if there is any sense to submit a complaint about them.

I agree that this is the kind of story one would prefer not to live through.

I found several interesting points, though. Despite the fact that this casino is not particularly top-notch in terms of safety index, I would like to know when they claim the bonus has expired. Can you say?

Additionally, can you see the wagering progress in your casino account at any time? That would be a great thing to have in the form of a printscreen.

I am a bit hesitant when it comes to games, though. Correct me if I'm wrong, but has the casino also mentioned forbidden games in relation to the winnings cap? Or have you found that on your own because it felt weird to you?

My point is that it would be fair not to penalize you for any changes made during gameplay, especially when restricted games are not enforced on the software level.

I see a lot, i have a lot situations in so many different casinos where i found them in this website, with good rating BECAUSE you reject a ton of bad reviews, especially on new "featured" casino you refuse my reviews, but after i am been so many times scammed by those casinos, just like Ninbet, you agree with us.

Hi, it's definitely good to have casinos here, even the ones that are not good, because players can find out about them if they check out the reviews and can decide whether to deposit there or not based on the information. Since the casino has a low safety index, it should probably be clear to everyone that it won't be the best casino for depositing, don't you think? 

As for the user review, I saw that it was approved, after asking you to add more things than just that you lost here, so I don't know what the problem is. 

As for your opinion, I see what you mean. My question is when you say that casinos with curacao license are not good, why do you keep playing in them ? If you feel that you have an issue with the withdrawal, wouldn't it be best not to play there and save yourself the trouble ?

off you guys are stupid or act like... always i have to explain like im talking to a child, and you always trying to keep your business safe, talking bla bla: "my opinion" bla bla bla, NO its not about my opinion, i dont share opinions, im talking from experience, and you just promote ton of scams, i wil play on my old casinos where i never have bad experience, and stop searching here for something new BECAUSE you make casinos here to look OK, to look good, but i been scammed 3 times in 3 different casinos last month, and now i have to submit complains, wasting my time instead wasting my money, and writing reviews to help others stay away from this??!

You see, we have no problems with constructive criticism, but you have provided nothing constructive so far.

If any casino has scammed you, could you present proof and submit complaints? There is no good in pointless accusations, and honestly, you are very close to acting like a scammer yourself; did you notice?

Scamming means "a dishonest scheme; a fraud" which is almost the approach you're showing us now.

So, stop accusing us or anyone else of things you don't bother to explain in full, or your access to this forum will be restricted.

I can assure you - if you only mean to point fingers without saying anything concrete and abuse us about matters you sound like you don't understand, we are not interested in going on with you.

Instead, we prefer to spend our time supporting reasonable people who seek help, not those who are generally complaining.

Have you verified your casino account yet ? I suppose the casino will do some checks before they pay you out, so maybe it will take some time. But that's just my guess. I'd be happy if you got it as soon as possible.

Hey guys so it seems like it will be same story again as everything is identical with issues other people mentioned.

They accepted all the verification BUT my passport . First they said that version I updated trough their site was bad quality. Ok fair enough as they asked for max 2 mb size . I sent em email with my passport as they requested back side . Will see how it goes but by unprofessional replies on their live chat I understand where opinions coming from .

I ll wait and I definitely won't play again. I ll just leave that balance to hang on there till my documents get verified . I will also take screenshots of whatever communication I have with their representatives in case I ll need to open case against them.

I think you're going about it the right way, and I agree with everything you've done. It's wise that you took screenshots and you're also trying to verify and I definitely recommend not playing until everything is fine and you get at least some of your money to try and see how it is with the withdrawal. 

I'll definitely wait for an update and when you get it, let me know if help is needed or not. 🙂

I ll try my best and I also told them I ll upload everything on casino guru and that I'm taking screenshot of each conversation as proof that I followed up with everything that was needed . Their approach changed slightly. They said that there is back log of verification due to easter holidays. Same yesterday when I mentioned your site they changed approach. I'm really lucky they didn't block me . Few months back when I saw reviews I wanted to delete my account or self exclude but it got ignored and also chat window disappeared immediately. I sent emails but also there was no reply. Now they replying straight away in chat. Fingers crossed they will let me withdraw at least portion of winnings. 🤞🤞

Hello Azza.

Call me optimistic, but I would expect something more. The gambling industry is one of the most competitive branches, yet still, I'm convinced many casinos are not capable of taking good care of their customers. I hate to be vaguely general, but I just can't get this opinion out of my head.

I think they may be prolonging process to higher chance of winner spending all the winnings by the time they approve widrawal. This time they are unlucky because I won't be doing that for sure .😃🤞 still waiting for document verification and a bit anxious about such a company having my full passport details but oh well not much they can do with it as my credit score is too low to pull any fraud in my name🤣🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

You have the right approach to this, in my opinion, and I hope that the casino, or any casino, is really not doing it because of the reason you have described. They always need all the documents to be in the right format and a good quality, so they can verify the account, and that can lead to some delays, actually. So, please, keep us updated about the whole process.🙂

Hello guys quick update . No verification completed so far, agent on live chat unresponsive after saying "let me check" I sent front of my passport over 3 months ago and requested back of my passport over week ago . Seems like same story of other players who accused this site of being a scam . I went on with my investigation and all their other casinos sites same issues , impossible verification process then even more impossible widrawal. 😔🙅‍♀️ I had hope but it seems to waste of time .

Thank you Romi I ll give them chance to verify even if they trying to discourage me by taking ages .

Once I'm verified and having issues with widrawal I ll surely ask for help . They finally replied to my email saying " please send us ID or driving licence " I explained that my only form of ID is passport and I don't have driving licence (sent to them 3 months ago). On their verification page even picture shows passport not national ID that most countries doesn't even have .

I understand, but since it's been going on for so long I'd probably go into complaint. But I'll leave it all up to you and I won't push you into anything. 

Anyway, have you managed to find out any new information about the verification or do you not know anything yet ? Did your passport get through? 🙂
