Update: I received an email from Old Havana which I mentioned 4 days ago but no payment from them yet. High Country casino paid a small part of what they owe me. They are really stretching it this time. It's almost 30 days since my small win. No way to treat a player!

It's been a week since I received that email from the finance department. Still no payment. What a way to treat a loyal player.

I am getting closer and closer from stopping all of this. It's not worth it.

Hmm, so I am afraid that a complaint will obviously be necessary in this case, since you keep going round and round and you have not received the money. I thought you would get the money after the last good news, but the opposite is true so far.

So you think you'll go ahead and file a complaint?

That's really interesting. It almost sounds like the casino has some cap limit on the amount available to be paid out to lucky winners - which was exceeded some time ago...

I would submit the complaint anyway. I'd say you've been very patient.

I wrote three emails to them yesterday to the financial department and the only response I got several times is the same as this.

The reason I am delaying the complaint with old havana is they owe me 1K and high country owes me 1K. High country just paid me 877.

So they made a small attempt.

Maybe they really are waiting for the next patch of payments. I'm afraid that if I submit a complaint and they don't respond to the complaint. I will lose out on 2K.

I don't think that if the casinos are honest this situation should arise. I'd say you've been pretty patient since you've been waiting a month, but I'm sure the final decision is yours. If you think you'll wait a little longer, if the casino informs you that they've sent you money, that's up to you, and if you decide to file a complaint, I don't think that would be a bad move either. 

Anyway, I hope that you will get it all from both casinos as soon as possible and no further unexpected issues will arise. 

Whatever you decide, be sure to let us know, and if you learn anything new, you can share that too.

I received an other of of those letters again today about my verification has been approved and waiting for the next batch payments. That's apparently all they want to say to me. I wrote a letter to them and I will wait till Monday. If I do not see any progress. Or if I do not get an email that payment was sent. Then I will make a complaint definitely.

Sure, so if you give it some more time, we'll see if the casino provides an update on your withdrawal. Be sure to let me know how it goes.

To whom it may concern. You have a pending withdrawal of mine @ $1000 that is now 5 weeks old. A Wire Transfer. I have been patiently waiting for this and it is way overdue now. It was won on December 19, 2023. I am tired of waiting. I have made many additional deposits after this was won and to my calculations I gave you back all my winnings so this money you owe me is no loss for Old Havana. I would hate to make a complaint but I will if I have to. I set myself a deadline. Please send this out by Monday AM, Wire Transfer $1000.00

I checked my account with both casinos and both pending withdrawals show they are now in the processing phase.

I'd say it's good that the casino is still communicating with you. But does that mean you'll hold out and wait when you said the withdrawal is in the processing phase ? I have a feeling it's been a long time but like I said I'm not going to push you into anything. If you need help and you feel like you are going round and round, you can turn to us. 

Hopefully you will get the money in the next batch and everything will be fine.  🙂

Great news, so the casino didn't lie, but my opinion is that it took quite a long time.

Anyway, all's well that ends well, and the best part is that you got your money in the end. 😊🎉

However, in this context, I wonder if you will stay to play here or go to another casino ? 🤔

I think the right thing to do here is to get out altogether. Adding up the numbers. The losses are greater than the wins with too much aggravation that comes along with winng and collecting.it. I believe all these casinos have control of how much you can win and how much you lose. There is a way for them to adjust a player's RTP unless the games do it automatically based on how many players are connected and playing. It is computer software and the casino has the edge. You are logging on to their server. Its not like a brick and mortor building with regular slots that are pre programed to hit at a certain time. I have experienced this. There were casinos that i deposited only $100 and won 9K and them there were other casinos I never won and lost 9K and more.Max bet all spins are losses but lowering your bet brings in some winning combinations. So there must be some type of adjustment on the max bet also. JMO!

I understand that this is your opinion, but if the casinos worked like this then almost no player would ever win anything. Personally, I wouldn't play in casinos for sure because as you said the casino always has an edge over the player. 

As for the RTP, the casino can choose it for some providers but they can't change it as they please, since the games are on the providers' servers unless the casino has its own. Also in honest casinos you can see the RTP on the slots or if you have any doubts you can ask live chat.

Anyway, I got my answer to the question and that means that you should avoid it. It's probably best to stay with the ones that have disappointed you the least or you haven't had any problems in them. You will save yourself a lot of nerves in the future.  🙂
