On 02 April 2024 i withdraw 5000 rupees. It was approved successfully but the money never came to my account. Everytime i ask them they tell me to submit bank report.

Now on 19 may i deposited 9000 rupees. The money got deducted from my account but the deposit was not successful. Whenever i ask for support they just reply with same thing. We are working on your request.

Hello Romi.

I have filed a complaint. It has been 4 days since i deposited. Everytime i ask them they say we are working on your issue. But all they do is cheat. Many people on youtube have expressed same problem. Parimatch is a complete fruad. Its looting the money.

But how can i contact payment provider. I transferred my money to the account which was displayed in parimatch platform

I did payment by upi. The transaction is successful. The amount was successfully deducted and reached to account displayed in parimatch. What help can my bank do in this matter

I am not very familiar with UPI, to tell you the truth. Isn't it linked to your bank account, actually?🤔

So your bank should confirm that they processed the payment, I would say.

I work in a bank only. I confirmed that payment has successfully been credited.

Do I understand correctly that you work at the bank, which is your payment provider? Okay, I understand. So you reckon it is in the casinos hands. Do they try to solve the problem, though? Have you gotten any new information about your deposit, perhaps?

No they are not doing anything. Whenever i ask them they reply with same thing "we are currently working on your issue". But how can i believe them there is no proof. I enquired this on youtube. Many people have same problem and their deposit is not credited even after two months.

Hi, I can see that you are having problems in the casino which is not pleasant but let me ask you a few questions.

When the casino claims to have sent you money, did you try to ask the receipt to see if it was really true ? When did the casino tell you this fact and what payment method did you use to withdraw ?

I have 24000 Rs in my Parimatch account. I used to play aviator but suddenly my account got blocked. My account is fully verified but they blocked it without any prior notice.
