I signed up with Platin casino after reading Very good reputation at casino guru however, I was wrong and now reading all the reviews make me doubt that this casino is actually licensed or genuine. I have already submitted a complaint but would like to make everyone aware of the experience I had with them. When I signed up they asked me to verify my ID and address which I did and started playing and made a few hundred quid but when I reached a certain deposit limit (can't find in their terms) they asked me to provide source of funds which I thought was too much to ask for my personal information however, I had to abide by it since they asked me right after I deposited £700 and stopped me from playing. I provided them 3 months bank statements and 3 months pay slips but then they stopped me from withdrawing my £700 stating i didnt wager my £700 and blocked me for Anti money laundering even though I had provided proof of source of funds. I decided not play any further with doubts about the casino, I have also emailed their complaints team but havent heard anything back. This casino just looks for ways to stop you from gamling and keep your money. They still have my £700 lying in their account which I'm unable to withdraw. I have been playing with my hard earned money and now I'm unable to retrieve it. I'm also seeking help from IBAS if its not resolved through this page. Hope casino guru can help 🙏🏽

Based on the complaint, the point is that in order to withdraw the deposit you have to wager it one time.
As far as I understand, you have not yet done so. Furthermore, the casino asked you to explain.
Am I correct, please?
