today i used daily bonus of 0.75$ and won about 60$

then tried to withdraw it and got rejected

support told me i violated bonus rules and made an illegal bet so all i won was deducted

but i didnt violate anything

so i tole them to specify it

but they didnt answer

What exactly does "illegal bets" mean? Do you know that? I really hope it has nothing to do with sports betting though.

I would also expect a more detailed explanation, as far as I can tell casinos usually tend to be silent when they suspect a fraud.

Did they at least mention a certain term you were supposed to violate?

they say i violated rules which i can’t specify and they didn’t specify.

i did no opposite betting nor bet limit violations, no playing of ristricted games.


no official reply from them.

only customer live support said its automatically rejected due to violations and nothing can be changed by them.

no recorded history of deduction of all my balance.


as if they want to hide that they did this.
