Does anyone know who Digits7 are affilliated with? I can't find any threads on here about them& i'm waiting on a $950 withdrawal that they have not approved after 13 business days. I have to abide by their T&C's but why don't they have to? Their T&C say it will be approved within 7-10 business days. Thansks in advance.

Hi Radka, Yes they are supposed to be a casino. & won't tell me who there governing body is or who issued their licence, like they are supposed to display for all to see. They have told me today that all they can do is red flag it with payment team.

I too had a major problem with customer service at this casino. I am currently trying to figure out a way to get in touch with a manager of some sort. I will attach photos of the conversation that ensued when I asked about rules stated in their terms and conditions that were clearly not correct or the support representative was misinformed.
I am also having problems with this casino, trying to get a little over $5k USD out. It’s been two weeks and no movement on my withdrawals.
I finally got my winnings paid however I have asked numerous times who their licence is with and who is their governing body but they blatently refuse to answer my question. At one stage there they told me I didn't have a withdrawal with their casino & asked if I'm requesting it from the correct casino. I told them to check that they are looking at the correct casino and they came backsaying sorry we were looking at the wrong casino.
Keep on them & ask about their governing body and jurisdiction, this seems to get the withdrawal moving. Good Luck

Over a month. Requested withdrawal on 14 April and hit my bank on 20 May. Rediculous if you ask me.

I'm waiting for 136,75$ from them. I think that their support is nice, kinda helpful but processing time in bitcoin is so crazy! I requested withdrawal last may 19. I have never had to wait this long for payout in any casino before.
I've been waiting since May 24th. They said that within 10 working days, they will solve my issue with the withdrawal of funds!
I'd say it's insane! Crypto payouts are supposed to be the quickest of all methods...
