Hello

i am here to share my experience with Rakoo casino. I have registered and deposited 40 euro . I have read some reviews before doing it. They were some bad reviews and also some good. So I thought I would take a chance.

i managed to make 11000 euro from this 40 euros. I made a withdrawal of 8000 euro but in small amounts. , 1 k, 3 k and 4 k. After a few hours I get a request to verify my account. I did this which I was surprised it went fast and easy.

Then a hour later every withdrawals was cancelled. In live chat they explained to me that the max cashout is 4999 euro which I found suspicious because you can deposit a lot more . So my first response was that I didn’t know that but why did they cancelled the other small amounts . Now I had the feeling that they are scammers because they told me the take all the withdrawals together which is weird.

then I made a cash out of the amount 4999.

after a few hours they cancelled again. I try to speak to them in love chat but they were ignoring me after I told them the issue. I think now I am at a position I knew I would never get this money.

after a few days I thought by my self, well if there is a possibility they are legit then I might well go for the big bucks and try to get more money. After some time I got to 18 k

after some days I checked my pending withdrawals and something was changed. The first withdrawal of the amount 1000 euro was back in pending and the 4999 was rejected. Now I was sure I wouldn’t never get the money. No live chat response and no email response.

after some days I bought a bonus but of 500 euro and didn’t received the feature. lol.

But yeah this casino are really scammers. Easy deposit but very hard withdrawal. They give reason like it’s weekend, site went down, the player did it self. I think they just expand the time players have to wait until the player has gambled everything away.

so I advice to avoid this casino for multiple reasons. Games are also very weird sometimes. I play a lot and sometimes the slots don’t work how they should. Like for example 2 scatters together, low rtp, thrown out of bonus feature and when returning feature is gone and no cash added.


fortunately I only deposit 50 euro but I think these good reviews are fake on the internet

Hi, I have read about your experience which according to what you say is not the best. 

I see that you have uploaded quite a solid amount of money and now you are waiting for the withdrawal, while the casino keeps giving you different answers as to why it hasn't sent it to you yet. Verified by what you say you are, which is good news, but the important thing is what happens next. I would like to ask what the casino has told you last time, but I see that they are ignoring you, which is not a positive indication at all. 

I would definitely recommend not to play with the money anymore and leave it until the whole situation is resolved. As for the fact that you have deposited money for the first time, did you play with a bonus and with the help of it you managed to load a high amount or without a bonus ? As for the pending withdrawal, is it still at this stage or has something changed ?

I also noticed that you managed to file a complaint, so our team will try to help you and I hope they will succeed.

no I don’t use the bonus they offer since it’s one reason less for them to use it as a excuse to take my money. I played a lot of casinos so I know some of the tactics they uses. Before I deposit I even asked them about some of the games that doesn’t show it’s rtp. Live chat told me it’s confidental. Already then I should know better because it’s not a secret. At least it shouldn’t be unless you have something to hide. But yeah to be honest I dont dont think this would be resolved. I can’t access my account any more and live chat is ignoring me when I give my details. This casino is a scam for sure. If I can’t reverse my withdrawal after a day because it’s pending. And then 2 days later they cancel it and put it back on top and I can reverse it again that disgusting. But yeah I advise every one to avoid this casino for sure

Thank you for further clarification. I see that the casino has blocked your account according to what you say, and it would certainly be appropriate to write that in the complaint as well. I would say that the casino may make some checks on bigger wins, but I would assume that they will tell you something about it. Of course, if they ignore you, we won't know much.

And that's why, as I said, the best thing to do is to do nothing with the money and wait and see where the team goes. I hope everything turns out fair.

Sorry but i think it’s very clear. When a casino stops from responding that says a a lot. They are scammers there is no doubt. I already accepted my loss and that’s why I made this complaint because they won’t resolve the issue. What I can do is to warn people of these scammers.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Until you see that the complaint is closed and the casino hasn't tried to resolve anything, don't give up hope. Back in February they had a complaint resolved where the player was also waiting for his money, but he recalled that he had to write to the VIP manager often. 

Anyway, I wouldn't be happy if they stopped communicating with me and it wouldn't make me feel good. However, if the casino doesn't try to do something and resolve it, its safety index will be affected. 

I would really like this to end well, but I can't guarantee it. So I'll be watching to see how it goes from here.

Yeah maybe you are right. lol, I just can’t understand why a casino should be acting like this. I mean in the long run casino wil always win, especially when the rtp is as low at Rakoo casino. But yeah people are greedy and want to take advantage of people who can’t control them self when gambling. And that’s is really my biggest issue with casino like this. Cancel withdrawal so people keep gambling. But we will see what becomes of this complaint. Thanks anyways

Well still being ignored in love chat and email. Seems like it’s confirmed we have a scammer casino on our hands. Not really a surprise but yeah it’s hard to deny. So guys everyone don’t play here . You win big, you get scammed.

Fair enough. Even tho thats a good thing to do then , I think there is no justification for casino guru to have a link to their scammer site, but yeah who am I, other then a person who is scammed

I would feel sorry for every single player who played in a bad casino and didn't get paid unfairly. But the truth is that it can happen in a better casino and it has little to do with links. It's just that they are located at each casino and it doesn't seem to change for individual cases. Well sure the Better Casinos might happen too. The only difference is that they don’t make excuses. The rules are plain and they can provide their reasons. Where as Rakoo casino just ignores its players, the funny things I am still waiting for my 500 euro bonus buy I didn’t received.

and no Rakoo doesn’t care about its players. When you win big they would make the efforts to make sure they don’t need to pay out. But yeah I see a rating of 7,5 out of 10. Those are fake reviews

When you are waiting for your bonus buy, how long ? Did the casino also tell you the reason why you didn't get it or what specifically happened when you didn't get it ? Do you see it somewhere in the bonus history ?

It’s already couple mont ago, they didn’t tell me anything since they are ignoring my communication, through email or live chat. I don’t have access to my account anymore and I don’t know what happened. Just bought the bonus feature and the game threw me out. When I returned nothing , no feature but buy in was gone
