Hi, I really need help, not if someone has already had the same thing happen to them. 

I have been playing at this casino for months, the withdrawals varied between 7 and 15 days but the last withdrawals I made were on December 18, 2024 for 500 USD and a few days later another 500 but I still continued playing with 240 USD in the same account. Days later I had to talk to support about the withdrawals and they told me that I had to do another verification that I had already done before and had been successful (selfie photo with my ID).

Now they asked me for more information such as my birth certificate, a selfie photo with my identification document, a document that demonstrates my employment status and therefore my salary, a receipt for a service that bears my name. 

which correctly provides the following:

-original birth certificate 

-selfie photo with my ID 

-receipt from the same bank that proves that I have a job and therefore salary

-ticket for my telephone services 

All the data is true but they blocked me for supposed fraud which makes no sense since I do not have multiple accounts nor do I make safe bets, safe slot strategies, absolutely none of that and yet without any explanation they blocked my account and with it the money what had

Hello.

In my opinion, the reason the casino requested more documents from you was because their risk team had already noticed something odd, probably related to a circumstance that needed exact extra confirmation. Once the matches were confirmed by the casino, your account was blocked in accordance with the findings.

I simply outline the steps that typically lead to the same conclusion; I am not saying you did anything wrong. In a similar scenario, casinos will not tell players specifics because doing so might make it easier for fraudsters to figure out how to manage risk.

I believe that filing a free complaint is an option if you are certain that the casino is incorrect about what you did and that only casino games are connected to the account closure.

They did the same to me. They have laid me £500 around 4/5 times. I had £3000 pending that went overdue. My account was already verified and they requested much more now they have closed my account. Don’t think there is anything we can do. They are just a scam Casino and only payout if you are in a negative position with deposits. Once you actually win they do not pay.

The documents I sent are real from the same bank. I don't understand why they didn't pass their KYC verification. What they told me was for money laundering, but it should be noted that my account was already verified previously

Good you are so certain. I just want to point out that anti-money laundering is quite a different field. You may successfully pass the KYC but further AML checks are stand alone.

When you said, "I didn't play with a safe betting strategy in any way." what does this mean, please? Does this imply that your wager and overall risk are significantly greater than what one might anticipate for a low-risk strategy?

I did research on the subject, basically I am referring more than anything to safe sports betting, that is, for example, betting against or also some playing patterns in casino slots, basically a strategy to not lose money, which I did not do at any time

I played and always met the rollovers and then continued playing with the same money, which wouldn't make sense if I just wanted to withdraw money safely

These situations are very challenging. Since the casino won't tell the details, we are left to speculate, which, in my opinion, may lead us very far from the current situation.

I do hope that the complaint process will give decent answers, so I also do hope the casino will tell us something solid.

Yes I also wait for the casino to contact me since it may have been a mistake but the problem is that when I send them a message they send me the same text. 

One more question: Since when does the casino say in its description that it no longer accepts new players?

Also, does that casino ever respond to complaint requests?

Good thinking. The last time we were in touch with this "casino" the update was they did not accept new players.

To be perfectly honest, this "casino" has also earned a terrible Safety Index, so I would not expect an explanation or resolution. Have you seen this?

The truth is that I only played because I played with a streamer's link, that is, a referral code, so at first glance I didn't suspect anything because I could complain to the same streamer, but yesterday I contacted the streamer who informed me that 2 other people also referred by him had the same problem and that he was doing everything he could to help. The truth is that I only hope that the casino contacts me as soon as possible to clarify the situation

Perhaps the streamer should do some research about the sites he promotes. No, I do not want to sound so offensive. But if the approach is pretty much the same for both the casino and sportsbook branches, I just hate to say we will most likely not be able to help anyone because such sites are not interested in commenting on complaints. That bothers me very much.

I'm glad he cares about the players issues, of course. Precaution would be better, in my opinion.

I'm just trying to be nice to see if there's anything I can do, if not I guess I'll have to try a little harder because that's $1240 I lost by trusting the streamer and therefore the casino

From our side, as Radka announced, it will probably not be possible to do much if the casino does not respond to complaints. 

What else would you like to achieve? The casino doesn't have a license so probably the only thing that could be tried would be some lawyer and the like. Well, that's another fee.

So what do you have in mind?

Hi mate what was the outcome of yours in the end ? I stupidly never looked at reviews deposited £1000 and now I have £7000 in there but I can’t see myself getting it by looking at these comments ? I’m going to just attempt £500 at a time but it will only let me do it one withdrawal anyway

i have deposited £1000 and won £7000 off my first bet. After seeing all these comments I can’t see myself getting it. Do you think I’ll be able to get £2500 from £500’s individually done then deposit another £1000 x1 wager (would I just have to place the bet at something like 1/10 or does x1 mean £2000 return? Then try and withdraw another £2500? So stupid the 250% rule what’s the point in having another over 2/1 odds

I’ve deposited £1000 but I have £7000 in my account. 24hr ago I just withdrawn £500 still pending.

Sorry I've been AWOL, I was embarrassed! So after waiting for my added anti-money laundering verification to be looked at, the £5500 I had pending I squandered I convinced myself that they would find my excuse to close my account and take the money out of my account, so I played it! I know, I know bad mistake!

I finally got an email saying my account was now fully verified and I passed the checks, needless to say I was gutted I'd spent the money, however since then I've recouped £2500 and every time I have a pending withdrawal of £500 it's approved within a couple of days.

I would say be patient and see what happens. Dont be tempted to play it whilst waiting.

In total from the 1st withdrawal request of the £5500 to the extra money laundering checks being passed email it was about 6 weeks.
