hey, I got nothing but confused explanations that I would have canceled it myself, even though this didn't happen. This is my fist time for withdrawing in this casino

I asked again and this time they give me this explanation "I can see that the withdrawal was cancelled by your payments provider,"

Hello, are they saying your payment provider declined to receive the money? In this case, just be 100% sure, I would get in touch with the mentioned provider.

May I know what payment option you use?

It should also not be so hard to provide payment identification if they claim the process was initiated but cancelled on your side. Worth asking for?

I got this answer "From what I can see, this happened due to a change in the processing company that works with

the payment method that was used for the withdrawal, so it is on their end. Basically, whenever

such changes occur - this might lead to cancellation of the requested withdrawal. "

I have the same issue. I made my first withdrawal request around 7 days ago, then they canceled with reasoning that I have to use other method. ( this was last friday) so I did.

Now it is tuesday, entering 10th day including weekend and they still didn't process it. For the bank withdrawal request it can take up from 3 -5 days so once they do I will have to wait another 3 -5 days.

This would not be a problem if they could just processs it.

I own all the chat transcripts I had with them and I can share them with you on email.

I can also see here around 70 similiar complaints and very bad user reviews on other sites.


Support agents are not even real there and there is nothing player can do to help himself.

It is obvious what is happening as they don't even own license.


Is there a way for you ( Casino guru team ) to stop this or at least provide us with the name of their license holder?

They said this time it will be accepted, i change that withdraw method to skrill and i still have one withdraw on rapidtransfer which has been on pending status over week now…

Have you had your account fully verified at this casino yet? When exactly did you request the withdrawal, please? Our complaint team would help in your case, they just need to wait 14 days before they can intervene. So; please keep us updated about the whole progress.

Now i got email from them about my second withdraw wich was requested on 25.6 "We hereby inform you that your withdrawal request has been canceled due to a problem with the payment service provider.


As we are currently unable to process the request using this method, we kindly ask you to submit a new request using one of the options shown on the withdrawal page.


If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."

So i used rapidtransfer first for withdrawing because i depositted with that. Now i have two withdraw requests that are done with skrill 30.6 and zimpler 3.7 that skrill withdraw should processed today but im not gonna believe that its coming today. So now i have waited over week with my withdraws because they have canceled them.

I got my withdrawal today but I had to make hell for them on chat and exploit all they are doing.

First Crypto, then they bounced back after 3 days with reasoning to make bank transfer, then I used bank transfer and waited for another 5 days.. I used cc as deposit, but as you know they can be right and this really can depend on the payment method itself.


My suggestion is to push them constatnly on chat and explain you are waiting so long because of their review and their cancelation of withdrawal requests.


I was not close to the timeframe you are now ( 2 weeks ) and they did help, so they should also help you.


Their policy is up to 3 - 5 business days after request and and you are def aware they have many complaints online and you are aware they currently don't have license. Don't give up and don't cancel wd by yourself.



PS I helped you now more then Casino guru would in any case, they are worst then that casino itself.

did you have to log in with bank credentials when you made a withdrawal? My second withdrawal is now through zimpler and I didn't have to enter any bank credentials, which was strange in my opinion. how do they know which bank account to put the money into? Than you very ,uch for your answers

Yes I inserted bank details for bank transfer but didn't use zimpler.


Ssince you mentioned this is your first withdrawal it is weird and best to go to double check on their live chat.

Oh and why are you of that opinion if I may know ? Have you had any experience with us that was not pleasant for you ? 

I'm glad you are trying to help someone else with your experience, but the withdrawal of money can depend on several things, as everyone can use a different method and many factors can come into it. Some are not in the casino's power and they don't have the ability to speed it up, of course I'm not defending the casino and it certainly shouldn't take that long.
