If I understand correctly: you take a free spins bonus on a slot and the results of the free spins are paid right away without you even entering the free spins? This is the very first time I see this happening and I take a lot of free spins bonuses, I suppose when we make use of a free spins bonus there are already results before we enter the game, but in order for the winnings to be credited to our balance we must finish the free spins and maybe your account is bugged and it skips all these steps and the winnings are credited right away (?)

Also, what is the provider of the games where the free spins are being given? Maybe this is a problem on the game provider's behalf? I'm just trying to reach a reasonable explanation because this is the very first time I see a case like this

I was just trying to understand the situation, because I haven't come across anything like this before, so I could certainly use some explanation from the casino, which of course could be forthcoming if you reply. I would just add that we are not a casino, but we do provide the world's biggest source of information about online casinos.

I have to say I LOVE this casino so far. I will leave a detailed review tonight but so far I think it is my new go to casino. If you notice your funds changing it is because the funds in your casino account are acting as if they are on the exchange so they will go up and down with the market which I, personally, LOVE. The reason I withdraw a lot at casinos (which they don't like, understandably) is because I like to keep my Crypto on the exchange when I am not playing so here I don't have to keep withdrawing to do that, I can just let it sit in the casino. Of course, this could be good or bad depending on the market but I prefer it very much this way! I am assuming this is why the previous commenter saw the funds go up and down...It was the market, not predetermined spins.

That never happen. My Last payouts took mote then 15 hours and the Last one took almost 48 hours. For that reason i closed my account. I believe one day the payout dont reach my account. Sorry but when site says one thing and then make another...i really dont like it!

ROLR Casino has not paid out a $60 win for more than 3 days, although my deposit was $20 and I did not use any bonuses!!! The support team responds every day that they have sent a request to their finance department and need to wait, and every day I get the same response! I do not advise anyone to play at this casino, because if they cannot pay $ 60 during, as they say, within 1 hour and no longer than 24 hours, then you should not even try to win more amounts from them!!!

I make a second withdrawal at this casino and it has been going on for more than 7 days, only $100!!!They accept payments instantly, but make withdrawals when they want, or do not do it at all. It is useless to contact support, they only say that this is not their concern, but the concern of the financial department, which is always checking payments. I have a feeling that I will be waiting for the next payment for several months or a year... I absolutely advise no one to use this casino.

Hello there. May I ask about your first withdrawal, please? Was it successful at the end? I saw the casino has replied to you, and explained the situation before. Hopefully it'll be like that this time as well and your issue will be solved directly with the casino.
