I've only been using this casino for about a week but there's already alarm bells ringing regarding their support systems and withdrawal processes.

You can't complete account verification prior to requesting a withdrawal.

I'll be commencing a complaint against the casino as I'm having an issue with wagering completion despite not having a bonus promotion active on my deposit.

Online support appears to be unhelpful in the times I've dealt with them, including spelling errors and a general lack of understanding.

Based on these experiences, even if I'm able to resolve this issue, I'm not coming back to this casino.

Email support has got back to me claiming I've got a 40x wagering requirement on my deposits.

I'm disputing this as there are no active promotions against my account or associated with the deposits I made.

Again, spelling errors through their email from support.

I don't like the look of this.

As for the verification, what is the obstacle in not being able to complete it ? 

Regarding the bonus, does it mean you haven't activated it but you have some wagering conditions as if you had activated it ? 

I was going to say that support would be able to help you with such things and answer your questions but I see that you write that this is not the case.

I also caught you saying that you have wagering 40x on your deposit ? I haven't heard that yet, so I guess I could see it being some kind of bonus problem. 

Anyway, you have a open complaint and our team will try to help you and see what comes of it.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and let me know if you hear anything new.

I can’t proceed to verification without a withdrawable balance.

All of my deposits were made with a balance of $0. No bonus funds were added or opted into.

I have since had to freeze my bank card because of unauthorised attempted transactions from the same merchant this casino operates under.

Not saying it is definitely them but it's interesting that it's happening so close to my other deposits with them.

Hmm, so according to the screenshots you'll probably have to finish the wagering somehow because I don't know how else you'd have real money. On the other hand, when you have nothing in promotions, it's weird and I don't understand how the casino has it solved. Well, you still have a complaint, so I am curious how it will turn out in the end. 

Regarding the card freezing, I think you did the right thing if there are attempts like that and I certainly wouldn't leave anything to chance. Also, according to the safety index, this casino is not the best in my opinion, so I am wondering how they will handle the whole situation and how it will be resolved.

You can see there are no bonus funds on my account balance. Another casino to blacklist sadly.

Yes, I see total balance there. Total balance means mixed bonus and real money in this case ? What do you mean the 311,44 euros that are showing under there. It would be best if the casino would take a stand and clarify the whole situation but I see that nothing like that has happened so far. So we will have to wait for the complaint and see what our team can resolve. 😉
